最上階の部屋に宿泊しましたが、途中からエレベーターが無く、非常に危険な階段を重いスーツケースを抱えて上り下りするのは大変危険でした。

アムステルダム中央駅から近くて、お値段の割には、お部屋の広さと清潔感、フロントの親切な対応、朝食の充実度を感じました。ビジネスのみならず、オランダ国内の各都市への移動のし易さの観点から、観光目的の方にもお勧めします。

お部屋の広さやバスルームの広さや清潔さには問題なかったが、2階の部屋に行くのに、小さなリフトを降りてから非常に急な螺旋階段を降りてまた登って、重いスーツケースを持って動くのが大変で危険だった。たまたま私たちが泊まった部屋といくつかが当てはまるようだ。バスルームに棚が一切なくタオル掛けもないことが不便だった。駅からは500mくらいで問題なかったし、無料の朝食もまあまあだった。 スタッフ親切だったが、お部屋へのアクセスと部屋設備を改善して欲しい。

駅から近く立地が良い。街歩きをするのに便利。

I picked this hotel because of its proximity to Central Station, and to the area where tour guides and buses meet to pick up travellers. Since I like to walk, I found the distance to places like the Rijksmuseum and the Anne Frank House very doable. Front desk personnel was very helpful and attentive, especially Ario. Breakfast was plentiful, and the coffee machine offered several choices. My only worry about the room was the shower. It is a huge bathtub with only half a glass door, which means bathroom floor gets wet, creating the potential for a bad fall. One needs to be very cautious stepping out.

Staff were very helpful. Lift was not working when we arrived and it was a long and narrow walk to the third floor. But it was soon operable.

The property is very convenient for access to public transport, canal boats, many museums and cafes and restaurants.

Excellent location, view from breakfast room across harbour is great. Friendly and efficient staff. Very good selection for breakfast. Parts of decor could do with a bit of tlc, otherwise would definitely stay there again if visiting Amsterdam.

Big room size, excellent breakfast choices, very close to central station, easily walkable to main attraction, staff vey helful and friendly.

Would have been useful to have the address on the receipt, not just the hotel name.

Rooms are clean and they're doing routine works every day. It was a very comfortable stay. Staff is very friendly. Only a small complaint from my side is the weird sound around the room during rainy days.

A minha estadia foi muito boa. Café da manha excelente, quarto limpo e espaçoso. O único problema deste hotel é que o elevador é muito pequeno (2 pessoas) e se estiver com malas só cabe 1 pessoa No dia do check-out o elevador estava ruim
