エステンセ城の隣に位置する現代的なデザインの4つ星ホテル。フェッラーラ駅からはバスでの移動が便利です(Cavour Giardini下車)。 部屋は掃除が行き届いており、とても快適に過ごせました。アメニティはシャンプーやボディソープは用意されていますが、歯ブラシはなかったです。9月上旬、部屋の窓を開けておいたところ蚊が入ってきました。朝食はケーキやクロワッサン、果物、ヨーグルトに数種類のハムとチーズ、温かいソーセージとスクランブルエッグが用意されています。美味しかったです。 エステンセ城やカテドラル美術館で購入できるMyFE Ferrara Tourist Cardで観光税(City tax)が免除されるので是非ご利用ください。免除の手続きはチェックアウト時にカードを提示し、簡単な書類(英語。名前や住所、連絡先を記入してサインする)を提出すればオッケーです。

Sehr zentral gelegen. Leider muss man in der blauen Zone parken und da kann es durchaus sein, dass man erst weiter weg einen Parkplatz findet. Frühstück war exzellent und das Personal freundlich.

Hyvä aamiainen ja sijainti. Huoneen ovi ei auennut, TV ei toiminut ja huoneessa olevat rappuset hankaloittivat oloa. Hinta oli korkea tasoon nähden.

The hotel was a disappointment as contrary to advertisement in fact did not have air conditioning. It only uses air conditioning part of the year. The air was stagnant, humid and warm. Very disappointing. The rooms and baths we at the same time modern and at the same time drab, I will never be fooled about claims of air conditioning again. The staff and breakfast were very satisfactory and the hotel had a modern part and a dated part. We were assigned the dated part perhaps because we booked through Expedia. The Ferrara train station was the worst of all that we traveled through in Italy. This experience left met with little desire to visit the City again.

Location, location, location the staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and very unique. Oh did I mention location?

Excelente hotel ao lado do Castelo Estense. Excelente quarto, cafe da manha maravilhoso e variado e equipe muito prestativa.

Colazione di altissima qualità, ogni prodotto era gustoso e fresco. Camera climatizzata alla temperatura giusta. Solo la doccia da rivedere con il classico problema del ristagno e il soffione un po datato con presenza di calcare. Letto comodo e luogo molto silenzioso. Personale del turno notturno molto cortese e disponibile per qualsiasi peoblema.

Senza parcheggio , ti fanno pagare una sosta per le strisce blu ma devi cercare parcheggio nei dintorni in quanto zona pedonale ( solo carico e scarico)

Hotel in pieno centro storico. Praticamente davanti al castello. Siamo stati accolti dal personale reception gentile, preparato ed educato e ci ha dato le indicazioni per dove lasciare l'auto. Camera pulita, letto comodo. Colazione a buffet buona con prodotti freschi che spazia a o dal dolce al salato. Personale di sala attento alle esigenze degli ospiti. Sicuramente se dovessi tornare a Ferrara lo prenderei in considerazione

Very nice Hotel in old downtown Ferrara. Easy acces to food, shopping and walking range to train..

Location ideal for access to historic center. Executive room had direct view of castle and square. It was also quite roomy, comfortable bed, with beamed ceiling and skylight. Very clean and appealing. Breakfast tasty with lots of options. Staff helpful and cordial.
