The nearest subway should be close and convenient, but the subway was under construction, making transportation inconvenient. But the men on the staff during the day were very nice and nice.

今回ヨーロッパ初の1人旅で言葉が思うように話せなくてもホテルの方たちがいつも笑顔で暖かく見守って接して下さる優しさに安心と安らぎを感じとても感動しました。 また早くからツアーに参加で7時30分〜の朝食が食べれないと知ったとき6時30分にコーヒーにクロワッサンと果物ヨーグルトを用意してくださいました。細やかなサービスに心から感謝申し上げます。有難うございました。 また駅からもタクシー乗り場にも近く利用しやすいので、また行くときは絶対にこのホテルを利用したいと思います。

お世辞抜きですべて素晴らしかった。早朝出発のためＧＭが朝食を弁当にしてくれたのは極め付きでした。また泊まります。

スタッフの方々が常に明るく声をかけてくれ、タクシーの手配などのキメの細かい配慮のあるアットホームなホテルです。朝食室の女性がとても明るく声をかけてくれ朝から元気になれます。色々なパンやハムが揃っていて美味しいです。野菜サラダなどあると嬉しいなぁ。また、このホテルからスペイン階段や地下鉄spagna駅まで徒歩２分ととても利便性の高いホテルです。建物は古いですが、バスルームも広くて清潔、お湯も沢山出ますよ。特別不便は感じませんでした。時代を感じさせる二重扉のエレベーターに乗るのも貴重な経験かも⁈ 女性ひとり旅でも安心して滞在出来るホテルですね。

I had two night staying in middle of Augst. Location is excellent(near sightseeing spots,shops,super markets etc.) Kind and gentle staffs. Cosy and clearn room. Water pressure in the shower is enough strong. The only weakness is the noise from opposite side bar.This is not hotel's issue. The noise had continued by mid night.But my family could have enough sleep.We didn't care the noise.

It's very convenient to go everywhere. the staff is kind.

アットホームなホテルでした。 3階のイタリアらしい小さなバルコニーのあるお部屋でした。部屋はシンプルですが清潔で快適でした。朝食もシンプルですが、サービスはとても良かったです。 働いてる方は、皆さん親切でレストランや観光についてアドバイスをしてくれました。 徒歩5分以内に駅、スーパーやジェラート屋、レストランもあり観光には最適でした。 道の向かえ側にあるレストランなどの影響で、夜も12時頃まで演奏やにぎやかな笑い声が聞こえます。

スペイン広場に近くて、お買い物やレストランも沢山あり便利なホテルでした。特に嬉しかったのは、朝食の準備されてる女性が朝から元気で明るい声で挨拶してくれます。 チエックアウト後も、見送りに来てくれハグしてにこやかに見送ってくれました。食事も美味しかったし又是非泊まりたいです。

スペイン広場に近くてとても便利でした。ロビーの方も、品が良くやさしかったです。又朝食の準備をしてくれる女性が優しくて毎朝明るく挨拶してくれるので、元気が出ました。帰国ときも、わざわざで出来て、はぐしてくれおわかれも明るくて良かったです。

照明が切れていたり、冷蔵庫があまり冷えない、浴室の給湯が十分な温度になるまで10分ほどかかる、防音がゼロに等しい（部屋が通りに面していたが、窓ガラスを閉めてもはっきりと外の人の声が聞こえる）、WIFIの電波が弱い等々、設備としてはとても満足のいくレベルではありません。立地としては地下鉄の駅に近いこと、従業員がとてもフレンドリーで頼みごとをするといろいろ相談に乗ってくれることが良かったが、総合的には平均以下。出かける際は鍵をフロントに預けるように指示されたが、外から戻った際にフロントに誰もおらず、全く無防備な状態になっていた場面に遭遇し、セキュリティ上も問題ありと言える。

ローマ中で一番の立地である。ショッピング、観光すべてにおいてｊ秀でている。ショッピングを主な目的とする場合、買い物をしたら一回ホテルへ物を置いてからまた出掛けられる。また近くにイタリア料理はもちろん中華料理や日本料理の濱せいもあり、ローマでは秀逸の宿泊先でしょう。

Rooftop garden was nice . Staff was excellent. Restaurants are on every street near the hotel. Spanish steps every day to start the day 😀

Lovely hotel near the Spanish Steps. Lively area but quiets down late evening. Wonderful concierge service. Very helpful with dining, getting tour tickets and walking directions!

Great location!

A boutique hotel that is about 20-minute's walk to a number of attractions. The room is very clean, practical, and quiet. Very traditional setup that feels personal and welcoming (for example, a big brass key that you leave at the front desk when you go out). Staff members are very friendly. I want to particularly thank Tiberio who has been really helpful and made my stay more pleasant. The hotel is in the middle of a very crowded area with lots of shops and restaurants around, with very narrow streets and old buildings. This could be charming to some but not to others.

The staff was wonderful but the hotel is quite dated. Bathroom old with shower that leaks everywhere. Breakfast terrible. Went about an hour after the buffet opened and just about everything was gone.

This hotel is right next to two busy restaurants that are open late. Then you have the early morning (4am-5am) cleaning, delivering of food and rubbish collection

Perfect location - great restaurants are all around. Steps from the Spanish steps. Could not be better. Service excellent
