ドライヤーが壊れていたが、レンタルも他の部屋も利用できなく、何も対処してくれなかった。また、水漏れの故障も発生した。シャンプーも簡易的なものしかない

階段・エレベーターは凄く狭いので、スーツケースを持っている人にはお薦めできない。 フランスの１階フロント（日本の２階）まで階段。その上の階から激狭エレベーター。 シャンプーなし。 ３５号室は、ベッドのバネが壊れてるのか、真ん中らへんがすごく沈む。 隣の声が丸聞こえ。 エアコンなし。 フロント、英語力ゼロ。

中1階まで荷物を運ぶ大変さや、階段、エスカレーターの狭さはマイナス。部屋のトイレとバスタブが分かれていた、お湯の出が良い、Wifiもすぐ繋がる、事はプラス。パリのホテルの狭さを考えれば１週間以内の宿泊なら値段と釣り合うホテルでした。朝７時頃着いたが荷物を預かってくれた。

地下鉄4号線の終点から2つ目、Alesia駅が最寄り。全てにおいて普通レベルのホテル。 寝るだけ・特別な期待はしない方にはお薦めのホテル。 スタッフは3人に会いましたが、1人は感じが良かったけど残りの2人はただ業務をこなしてるだけでホスピタリティは感じなかった。 WiFiは問題なく使えた。 近くにスーパーもあるので特に不自由は感じなかった。

・ドライヤーが故障していた ・浴室のボディソープ（押して出てくるやつ）が押しても全く出てこなかった ため、別の部屋への変更を願い出たが、認められなかった（土曜なので満室だったのかもしれないが、変更できな理由の説明はなかった） 対応として、ドライヤーについては、翌朝、チェックアウトが済んで空いた部屋のものを使うように言われ、ボディソープについては小型の石鹸とシャンプーを渡された。 謝罪の言葉もなく、日本人だから不具合の部屋に入れられたのかとも勘ぐりたくなった（ツインベッドの広い部屋だったが、一人なのでベッドは二つも不要）。

Chambre extrêmement sale. Non nettoyée au niveau du sol depuis un certain temps. Pas de produits d'hygiène et le strict minimum pour le confort.

Bon hôtel. Propre et à proximité de tous: restaurants, magasins. Personnel courtois et attentionné.

There is no elevator from the enrance to the reception area. Meanwhile narrow steps!! Easy to tremble with luggage( no one to help) Elevator is the narrowest and smallest I have seen in 70 years , and it stops between the floors, so you have to go up or down with luggages in hand. I don’t suggest!!

Le personnel a été courtois, sauf le matin la personne qui sert les petits déjeunés et qui n'avait pas été prévenue que nous avions pris des déjeunés a été assez désagréable. J'essaye de récupérer ma facture depuis vendredi et personne ne comprend ma demande. Enfin les chambres sont moyennement propre, tache sur le dessus de lit. Salle de bain un peu veille et sol en mauvais état. Mais pour le prix et l'emplacement a paris c'était convenable

Chambre spacieuse, literie ferme et récente. Un bémol sur la salle de bain, propre mais datée. Attention, l’ascenseur est très étroit, ne démarre qu’à l’étage 1,5 et ne dessert que les 1/2 étages.

L’eau chaude est absente, l’isolation phonique entre les chambre est faible. Pour le reste tout est parfait 👍

Personnel sympathique

Hôtel bien placé et tarif attractif. Confort correct, dommage qu’une altercation avec un client je suppose le dimanche à 6:30 ait réveillé tout le monde pendant 25mns… Dans ces cas là, on ne hausse pas la voix et on calme le debat

clean room. Would be nice to have the shower head installed on a hook so I can take a shower. I have the rear unit so the room is shielded from the street noise. room is small but this is Paris

Bon accueil, chambre et sanitaires propres. Mais le montant payé via internet ne correspond pas au montant figurant sur la facture, est ce normal ?

Lovely quaint hotel in the middle of the 14th arrondissement. Easily access to both the Alesia and Port d’Orleans transit stations. Lots of local stores and restaurants in this very residential neighborhood of Paris. Great for tourists who want to step away from the suffocation of tourist traps and experience a slice of true Parisian life.

J’ai payé deux fois la chambre pour dormir, seulement trois heures
