清潔で、スタッフも全員優しかった。 またパリに来た時は利用したい。

駅が近くて便利でした。メトロ3と　バス92で大体出発、帰宅をしてました。どちらもホテルの目の前。 スタッフは非常に感じがよかったです。 洗面台に害はなさそうだけどら小さな虫がでたのと、部屋が3人で使うにかなり狭かったです。

駅から近くてとても便利でした。 スタッフさんがとても親切で、夜虫が出たのですが、お願いしたらすぐに対応してくれて助かりました。 チェックアウト後にも大きな荷物も預かってもらえます。 友達にもオススメできるホテルです。 ありがとうございました！

スタッフはとても気さくで、とてもいい時間を過ごせました。 扉の建て付けが悪いのは残念だったが、部屋は綺麗で過ごしやすかったです。 すぐ近くに地下鉄とトラムがあり交通の弁もいい。凱旋門からは歩いて20分くらいで帰れます。 尚、朝食は11.5€かかります

スタッフの方々もフレンドリーでとっても居心地のよいホテルでした！エレベーターはなかったですが問題なく荷物を運べました♪

There are kindly staffs. They are always smile at guest. Facility is clean and lovely. I could stay comfortable. I’ll recommend this hotel to my friends.

パン２つ、ヨーグルト、ジュース、コーヒーの朝食がついてこの値段はすごくコスパがいい！！観光地から少し離れているけど、治安がよく、スーパーも近くにある。従業員もフレンドリーでまたここに泊まりたいと思った！

湯船が大きく、シャワーヘッドも大きく自由に角度が調整出来久し振りに体全体を洗えてとても良かった。 食堂も洗練された感じで、フランスのセンスがあふれていた。フランスパンが美味しかった。また泊まりたいホテルです。

Upon our arrival at this hotel, we were told that they overbooked the room and thus prepared a room in another hotel for us. Despite their claim that they prepared an equivalent accommodation for us, it was not. Although our booking was a triple room with a double bed and a SINGLE bed, the room had a double bed and a KID's bed. I had no way but to lie on a tiny bed and was not able to sleep well. Obviously I was tired during our stay of three days in Paris. Because of this, our stay in Paris became much less amusing, or I would even say "ruined". Against my complaint, the hotel manager replied "Overbooking sometimes happens and we completed our obligation of preparing an (allegedly) equivalent accommodation", as if they did not feel guilty. I was very upset with this insincere attitude. They failed to prepare a room for us although I booked the room 4 months in advance and our booking was guaranteed with my credit card. Moreover, they could have informed us of their overbooking in advance, not upon our arrival. If they had, we could have changed our booking to some other hotel. If you are advised that your room is allocated to another customer at the last moment, you have no other choice but to accept a proposed alternative. So, be warned of overbooking and being told upon your arrival that they "completed their obligation of preparing an equivalent accommodation".

Accomodations were very clean and cozy.

The room was comfortable, clean and cosy. Reception staff were helpful. It’s a pretty little hotel and we visited for a short stay. Good location with numerous places to eat. A little far from the main attractions so had to travel a lot on the metro. The surrounding is very nice for a walk around. While the room was very comfortable, it was quite noisy in the morning once traffic etc. started. The windows may benefit from double glazing if possible, this will ensure a more peaceful stay. On the whole, we were happy with our stay. Thank you!

Rien à dire sur le personnel qui m'a donné une chambre au rez- de- chaussée (n°4) plutôt qu'au 2ème étage car l'hôtel n'a pas d'ascenseur.Mais bien que le chauffage marchait à fond c'était juste en température ( pas de chauffage du tout dans la salle d'eau) un rangement avec penderie trés juste, par contre c'était propre. La télé a un fonctionnement trés particulier autour de Canal + peu expliqué ; difficile d'obtenir les chaînes en continu (13-14-15 etc...) en direct !
