The smell in this hotel room had been really bad for six days ( I did not know the reason). I was surprised there was not shampoo in the bass room.

ホテルは改装中で、早朝から工事の音がうるさかった。 工事中の階段はねじや工具が散らばり、営業中にもかかわらず手すりにペンキやニスを塗っていた。1階には張り紙がしてあったが、部屋から出た人にはペンキ塗りたてである事がわかりません。 又、部屋の中までペンキのニオイがします。肝心の部屋ですが予想以上に狭く、なぜか床が傾いていまいした。ホテル側の都合で初日のみ4人部屋を2人部屋×2に変更され、2日目以降は4人部屋に移動となりましたが、3部屋全ての床が傾いていました。 それから、部屋が4階でしたがエレベーターが無く、荷物も運んでもらえません。 ホテルの紹介に無線LANがありますが、３分ほどつなぐと切れます。使い物になりません。 この状態で立地も良くないのに、それほど安くもありませんでした。

7月中旬に友人と2人で5泊しました。　エレベーター・クーラー・冷蔵庫・浴槽なしでした。まあ無くてもそんな不自由ではなかったです。　ベッドメイクは毎日されましたが、バスタオルは毎日取り換えではなかったようです（気のせい？）　ホテル周辺がすごくうるさいです。夜中12時くらいでも、下のバーで大声で騒いでたり、バイクやトラックの音がガンガンしました。防音対策がある、と紹介ではありましたが、隣の部屋の物音も聞こえたのでどうかと、、、。　それと、wi-fiがちょっと不満でした。一応つながるのですが、不安定？なのか、webを2・3ページを進むたびにIDとパスを入力する画面が出たのでイライラしました。日本からルーターレンタルした方が安心かと。　立地的には、最寄駅から徒歩3分なのと、主要駅のoperaに直通15分くらいで行けるので便利かと。　　　1泊5000円くらいで海外だったらこんなとこなのかなと思っちゃいました。設備と音が気にならない人なら十分かと思います。

学生の僕にはコスパがよく、とても快適でした。ペール=ラシェーズ駅から徒歩約3分程で、周囲にスーパーなどがあるのも助かりました。ただし、リフトがないので、高い階になると荷物の持ち運びがしんどいです…。僕らの場合タブルでも部屋の値段がシングルと変わらなかったので、安くて良いホテルに泊まりたいカップルにもオススメです。

wifi、テレビ等すべて有料。ベットメイクも中途半端でタオルの交換がない日も。スーツケースを横に置くこともできないほど部屋が狭く、エアコンは勿論空調設備が全く無い。設備が悪すぎる。

Das beste Hotel in einer zentralen Lage, dass ich seit Jahren (jährlich in Paris) zu diesem Preis hatte. SEHR nettes und freundliches Personal. Die Zimmer sind klein, auch das Bad im Einzelzimmer. Tatsächlich nichts für Klaustrophobiker. Aber alles ist top sauber. Werde nur noch dieses Hotel buchen

Jährlich in Paris. Bisher das BESTE Hotel zu diesem Preis. Sehr nettes Personal! SAUBER! Kleine Zimmer, aber völlig ausreichend!! Heißwaserkocher, Tee, Kaffee auf dem Zimmer. Alles TOP. Werde sehr gerne wiederkommen

Good location with things to do around and nice neighborhood. Friendly staff. Besides that the rooms are tiny for the price, there's no storage or anything for luggage, no duvet but a blanket which had not been washed and was quite disgusting. It had a couple of stickers on it from previous people. But the worst thing by far was the noise. Noisy bars underneath with people shouting till after 12. And then guests who stomped up the stairs till after 1am and you can hear everything through the walls. This was the most annoying thing, you can hear people showering and flushing the toilet.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Good suggestions for nearby restaurants. Reasonable price for Paris not far from popular sights. Room cleaned daily, recently renovated.

les chambres des 3 premiers étages sont en rénovation. Nous avions une chambre au 5eme, sans ascenseur... surtout avec les bagages, ce n'est pas forcement du plaisir pour tout le monde. Sinon la chambre était propre et agréable, bien que assez "compact". Le personnel était très accueillant et attentionné. Le petit-déjeuné a la française avec baguette, croissant et pain au chocolat était suffisamment copieux. Nous étions dans l'ensemble satisfait, malgré le manque d'ascenseur

Great location, very convenient as it is close to the metro and multiple grocers/restaurants. Only thing I would advise about is that there is no lift, other than that cute and quaint!

It was so cold in the room. Tv didn’t work and central heating didn’t work. There is no fridge in the room And no elevator. My room was on 6 floor. The stuff was very nice . But I wouldn’t recommend to anyone to stay at this hotel for 100$ per night .

Il faut payer 2 fois le séjour pour pouvoir avoir la chambre (une pré autorisation puis la réservation). L’hôtel ne permet pas d’utiliser la pré autorisation pour payer l’hôtel donc obligé de débourser 2 fois la chambre. À éviter

A bargain hotel in an excellent location. No Air-con, but very close to Metro links and very hood cafes and restaurants. We were on the 5th floor, and there's no lift (or fire escape!) so its not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. But it was clean and had a kettle for tea at the end of a long day of sightseeing. Perfect!
