施設が古すぎる。エアコンが効かず部屋を変えてもらったにも関わらずその部屋もエアコンが効かない。スタッフに伝えても他に部屋がないからの一点張り。追加の毛布を頼んでも同じ部屋にある別のベッドから自分で動かせとのこと。なお、変更前後の2部屋とも鍵が開閉しづらい、シャワーが弱い、居室に白い電球が使われている、ベッドが小さいなどそもそも利用客を休ませるつもりが感じられない。

観光名所は徒歩圏内であり便利。施設自体は古いですが、問題はありません。ただホテル前道路駐車で22ユーロは？車両への悪戯やキズなどの不安もありました。

市内を廻るにはとてもいい立地。 レセプションも親切で子連れでしたが安心して利用できました。

部屋はシンプル。繁忙期は値段が吊り上がるので、お勧めしない。年末年始で冬の滞在でしたが、暖房が一切なく物凄く寒い。毛布2枚でも寒い。バスタブがありましたが、栓が無く湯船につかることができませんでした。コンチネンタルブレックファスト付きでしたが、1月1日は休みで朝食無し。

マドリードの主要な観光施設が徒歩圏内という素晴らしい立地でした。ホテルは年数が経っており所々古さがありましたが客室は綺麗で快適に過ごせました。

日本における所謂リゾートホテルやビジネスホテルの機械的・機能的サービスは期待しないで下さい．でもお願いすると大抵のことは片が付きますから大丈夫．その親身と親切は言葉の壁なんか簡単に超えます． 長期の滞在でもリーズナブルで，しかも安心．小間物やいろんなものをデスクの上に出しっぱなして毎日出かけました． 近くの「コンビニ」風のメルカドで，大抵の日常品もそろえることができます．

周りの環境も良く気に入りました。

Needs full renovations, Great location, around that location hotels prices are high. This is 2 star or under hotel, inside nothing was attractive, all sad environment.....but the beds are the worst...it move out if you move.I can't recoment this hotel.

Muy buena ubicación. El hotel estaba limpio y accesible, y tiene muchos lugares de interés, restaurantes y tiendas cerca. Ideal para turistas que quieren recorrer la zona caminando.

Excelente localização! Voltaria no hotel pela sua ótima localização! Banheiro extremamente apertado. Cama com rodas, vc senta ou deita nela e ela anda.

Os colchões eram meio antigos. A localização é excelente, roupa de cama em ordem e bem limpas. O café da manhã é num restaurante próximo e muito bem servido.

Camas viejas, sin jabón en el lavamamos, instalaciones viejas.

When we first checked in we immediately noticed a dead roach stuck on top of the wall in the bathroom. The bathtub was extremely dirty that when our receptionist came to our room he gave a face of disgust as soon as he saw the state of the bathroom and gave us another room. The other room was cleaner but it was filled with bedbugs... we had to throw away some of our clothing because it was filled with so many of them. My grandmother and I were having such a horrible time. And we requested to have us transfered to another hotel but they were no help. We had to contact support just so that we could go to another place. This was a horrible experience especially since we arrived from the airport and had to leave this hotel at 1am just to go to another one at the last moment. Had to leave our luggage outside and had to clean all of our clean clothes just to make sure we didnt bring any bedbugs.vThe hotel did not help and i had to do everything myself to find someplace else to sleep. This was a horrible experience and would never visit this hotel again.
