Good location and reasonable price

You can't beat the location and price. It's less than a 5 minute walk to the public beach. So much choice for places to eat and drink. It does get lively late at night nearby but it didn't disturb me. This is my third visit and this room was my favourite yet (11) even though the loo is an electric one - took some getting used to. It was on the 3rd floor and despite being on the front, it was quiet. There is complimentary water on arrival, shower gel, spare loo rolls so I didn't need any supplies restocked. The towels were soft. The shower had two heads (the overhead waterfall one wasn't great so I used the smaller one as it was powerful). Pastis restaurant (underneath / next door) had closed permanently and they were renovating but again, that didn't cause an issue as it wasn't too early. I will definitely return and recommend.

Great location, close to everything, clean room and bathroom! Very helpful staff who listens to your needs. Good for a short stay on a limited budget.

Bon emplacement

Carpet dirty, no heat, 2 flights of elevators with luggage. Mold in bathroom. Staff was courteous though.

No beach view. Room on 3rd floor with no lift. Room adequate but bathroom dated, tired looking and shabby

Emplacement proche de la gare, de la plage et des commerces. Le confort est sommaire et l'hôtel a bien vieilli mais reste propre dans l'ensemble. Il aurait besoin d'une cure de jouvence et l'accueil du personnel est très agréable.

Personalen var trevlig och jättehjälpsam. Läget kunde inte vara bättre. Men hotellet är ganska nedgånget och det luktar starkt av fukt.

The hotel is a 3-minute walk from the public beach, so it's well placed. It's a bit older, but has air conditioning and a lot of charm. The staff was friendly. Because it's right near the shore, there were a lot of dining options very close by, as well as open markets. And it's about a 10-minute walk from the train station.

The hotel is in a good location close to everything . It’s spacious and clean enough. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is quite big for European standards. The only down side is no fridge in the room

A wonderful hotel near the sea, very clean. The only downside is the lack of parking.

This was my second stay and hopefully I will return next year because the location is perfect for me. The staff really are 5 star - incredibly friendly and helpful. It's still a competitive rate in Cannes and I truly appreciate that they haven't over priced it.

Winziges Zimmer ohne Schrank für 2 Pers. Heizung im Bad verdreckt. Sehr freundlicher Empfang und hilfsbereites Personal. Super schallgedämtes Fenster zur lauten Strasse. Der völlig überhöhte Preis kam vermutlich wegen der Filmfestspiele zustande.
