スタッフがとてもフレンドリー♪ ニース駅も近くて動きやすいです。 アメニティーは、自分で用意しないとありません。 ドアの開閉がとても困難でした。

このホテルに3泊しました。 ニース駅から山側へ歩いて7分ぐらいです。(坂ではないです) ビーチまでは歩いて20分。トラムに乗れば3駅です。 夏のニースには必要なクーラー、冷蔵庫がありました！またバスルーム、部屋もきれいでした。 近くに大きめのスーパーマーケットもあり重宝しました。 ひとつ気になるのは、ベットマットがとても柔らかいものなので、固いマットが好きな方はしんどく感じるかもしれません。

エクスペディのホテル案内には客室アメニティに「冷蔵庫」とありますが、実際はありません。 早朝から出かけるため朝食時間に間に合わないので、冷蔵庫が欲しくてこのホテルにしたのにガッカリでした。 立地的には治安の悪いと言われる駅の北側ですが、ホテル周辺はそれほど嫌な雰囲気はありませんでした。 駅正面から地下道を通るルートもありますがすごく嫌な雰囲気でしたので、駅との往復には（遠回りですが）トラム通り経由がいいと思います。 客室は広さもまずまずで、室内も水回りも清潔でした。 ただ、滞在中シーツ交換はされません（整えるだけです）。 また、客室キーは連泊でも出かけるときはフロントに返す必要がありますので、要注意です。

鉄道駅の近くにある便利なホテル。 バスタブが無くシャワーブースのみ。狭くて簡素な部屋ですが、清潔で快適に滞在できました。 チェックアウト後も荷物を預かってくれるなど、スタッフのサービスは良好です。

ホテルは駅から徒歩7-8分。ランドリー設備があるとの情報で選んだホテルだったが肝心のランドリー設備がなかった。代わりに2ブロック先の(徒歩4分)のコインランドリーを利用した。フロントは親切で荷物を部屋に運んでくれたりと大変助かった。ホテルの周辺はスーパーや薬局などはないが駅に向かう途中でスーパーがある。レストランも駅周辺がにぎわっている。モナコに行くために利用したホテルなのでニース自体の観光名所へのアクセスは不明であるが、大通り(ホテルから3分ほど)に出ると路面電車が走っており、近くに停車駅もあったので不便はしないだろう。

Staff are very nice and helpful, and the room is clean. The air conditioner works perfectly well—would definitely recommend.

Hôtel was great, it provided everything we needed for a good price. Air conditioning worked incredibly well and was a blessing when we got back to our room after being out in 32+ degree heat. Staff at reception were always helpful answering questions we had and they kindly kept our bags at reception on our final day whilst we went out for the day after checking out. The hotel is approx 5 min walk to the main train station in Nice and approx 20 min walk to Jean Medicine Tram station. Nearest Tram stop is approx 3 min walk away. Shops and restaurants all close by in walking distance so I would personally say this was a good location to stay in.

Så skønt et hotel med en dejlig lokation. Vi kommer helt klart tilbage, da personalet var så søde og hjælpsomme! Det alene gjorde det hele det værd. Vi boede i en af de suite med altan og det kan klart anbefales ! Folk var så søde og det var helt klar et af de bedste ferier vi har haft. Overgår alle forventninger til et 3 stjernet hotel!

The room was clean and matched the pictures advertised. There was air conditioning and a cute patio out the back. Our room didn’t have a fridge (they told us they are having fridge issues with some of the rooms) which was inconvenient, but they let us use a large common fridge in the main office. Salim, one of the owners, made the experience 5/5. He was so kind, welcoming, thoughtful, and friendly. He always greeted us with a big smile on his face and he went above and beyond for us during our stay. Thank you for taking care of us Salim!! With love from Canada :)

We had a pretty nice stay in Nice! The location was convenient, close to the train and trams, though a bit away from the main attractions, which was fair for the price. The front desk staff was incredibly kind and hands-on, they helped us with recommendations, maps, and were just overall kind. We booked a superior double, and the room size was good, though the bathroom was still a bit cramped, especially when trying to shower and open/close the door. We had a small balcony, which was a nice touch, but we couldn’t figure out how to keep it closed after opening it, not sure if it was us or the door. We didn’t report it since we only stayed two nights. The AC worked well, and overall, it was great value for the price. If you have large luggage and you’re not on the first floor, the stairs might be a bit of a hassle, but thankfully we were only one flight up. In the end, it was just what we needed, and the staff made it better!

Personalen var jättesnäll och trevlig. Rummet var stort och sängen var väldigt bekväm. Luftkonditioneringen fungerade mycket bra. Hotellet ligger nära centrum och även nära stranden. Rekommenderas starkt!

This is a little gem! We loved our stay & will hopefully return. The location is excellent, near the tram & also the railway station. The property is loved & extremely well looked after. It has a wonderfully welcoming atmosphere.

Nice staff, good location near the station. Place looks a little tired but was clean. No shampoo or conditioner (although there was body lotion) and as expected for France there was no kettle or anywhere to get hot water.
