ご主人、マダムが親切でアットホームなホテルでした。ホテル内はリノベーションされているので清潔で快適。ただかなりせまくスーツケースを広げるスペースはありません。３階以上のフロアであれば遠くに海が見えます。ホテルの近くにはマルシェ、スーパーもあり買い出しに便利です。

Hotellet har ett bra läge och rummet var rymligt. Men tyvärr hade luftkonditioneringen gått sönder och det var samtidigt extremt varmt. Personalen satte in fläktar och det hjälpte en del, men det var ändå svårt att sova och att vistas på rummet. Det gjorde att jag till slut blev helt utmattad. Frukosten var bra.

Great stay! Room was charming, clean, and cool. The bar was lovely and the staff were super helpful as well.

Beautiful property, close to shops and restaurants. The room was large and comfortable. I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Biarritz.

Hôtel bien situé et agréable de par son architecture grande maison ancienne. Le personnel est souriant et prévenant. C’était vraiment un très bon moment

In a great spot with parking on site if booked ahead. The room was small and dominated by the bed. The bathroom was a wet room style and pretty much everything in there did get wet because it was small. Good place to stop for one night, not sure it was a large enough room to stay for significantly longer.

Highly recommend this lovely hotel! The staff are incredibly welcoming and kind, outstanding service. The hotel itself is both charming, characterful and comfortable with the a great location and superb rooms. The breakfast is also well worth staying for. If you are considering Biarritz then this hotel is a must! We will be back!

Such a classy hotel. Stayed in a garden suite lower level which made the space quiet and private. The whole town is also fantastically beautiful.

Superbra läge och så gott som hemma hos-känsla med mycket trevlig personal. God frukost där man fick gott kaffe och kunde få lagade ägg. Restaurangen är möjligtvis lite pretentiös- vi rekommenderar starkt att gå ner till gamla fiskehamnen och äta eller att köpa en picknick och gå ner till stranden och titta på surfarna.

Absolutely love this hotel. Right in the heart of town and very walkable to everything you want.

Absolutely lovely hotel. We did not want to leave! Our room had a postcard view. The bed was dreamy. And the in-site restaurant Anema is beyond exceptional.

Nice location, very genial staff. Room was nice and bright. I could see the ocean from my room. Small but efficient bathroom.

Personnel efficace et accueillant, petit-déjeuner très bien. Une suggestion pour la chambre 27 : il y a deux meubles de chevet de chaque côté du lit, en remplacer un par un fauteuil serait une modification utile, pour ma part je ne peux pas lire ou regarder la télé dans le lit, chaise un peu dure + arriver à caser une petite table pour installer l'ordinateur portable serait sans doute apprécié, la console "Louis XV" est un peu haute :-) A votre appréciation, cordialement

Perfect location and great decor. The rooms were very noisy though (internal noise from rooms above/next door - could hear every step, shower, chain flush), and disappointing that car couldnt remain in car park after checkout despite hacing paid for 2 full days (we requestwd 2 hrs and car park was entirely empty throughout)
