施設は清潔だし、旧港からすぐのところという絶好のロケーション。これ以上の文句はないです

ホテルのスタッフがとても親切で良いです。部屋のエアコンが壊れていたので、サーキュレータと無料の朝食を提供してくれました。 部屋は必要最低限という感じで、立地が良いので観光メインで寝るだけなら良いところです。立地が良すぎて、夜はうるさいと感じる方もいらっしゃるかもしれません。 スーパーやレストランは近くにいっぱいあるため不自由はしません。

駅に近く交通の便が非常に良い。またレストランが多くロケーション医は非常に満足

旧港近くの観光に便利な立地。フロントはややファミリーな印象でこちらの下手な英語はあまり通じなかった。近くには似たような名前のホテルがあるので注意。

At first I chose this hotel as it is close to all the places to go. Then when I checked in this pretty hotel, I realized this is a very home place. The staff were friendly and they remember all the guests so I was traveling alone but felt so safe and fun.

地下鉄Vieux-Port駅からすぐなので、安心です。パニエ地区にも近いし、立地は申し分ありません。 ただ、その分繁華街に近いということか、深夜3時近くまで騒ぐ声が6階の部屋にまで聞こえました。

All you need for a short stay in Marseille. Excellent location, small clean rooms and delicious breakfast.

A great hotel even for solo travelers! It is perfectly situated in the middle of vieux-port, right next to a subway station line. The a/c is strong and the staff is nice and available 24/7. They offer breakfast at an additional cost.

We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it highly to everyone. The location is perfect, a block away from the port, which can be quite noisy at night, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

You can’t beat the location of this hotel. The room didn’t have a view (looked at a wall but the wall had art!), but overall it was comfortable and quiet. Staff were great and were patient with our poor French. They all spoke excellent English and were kind. Great stay.

First let me say the service was not just excellent, it was extraordinary. The staff go above and beyond to make your stay “perfect”. I want to compliment Lea and Irena who were amazing. Now having said that, the tv navigation is not user friendly and this is coming from someone who travels quite a bit. I have never had so much difficulty operating a remote. I think they should have instructions printed and placed in the room. I ended up being moved to another room which they did because I wanted to make sure I had a room with the TV that worked since the first room the TV not only did not work, but there was also no hot water. In the end, I had a room with hot water and an operational TV, which was nice. They did end up having to shut off the water for the entire hotel the day I was leaving so that the technicians could deal with whatever the problem was. They mentioned some sort of safety concerns, but I didn’t completely follow the explanation. The hotel is in a great location with like I said extraordinary service. If I go back, I would want to make sure that the plumbing issues have been resolved. I am sure that that might’ve already been done by the time this review gets posted.
