一部の電気やテレビのリモコンが動きませんでした。立地は良く、スタッフも親切で手早く対応してくれました。

The room was basic, clean, quiet with a kettle. Towels were changed every day which I was not expecting and not really necessary. Helpful receptionists and they very kindly helped me with my heavy case. Great location! Yards from the Opera House and a few metres away from the Old Port. Would recommend it as good value for money.

Long and steep stairs to reception but there is an elevator to the other floors. The room was tiny. I’d asked and paid for a twin but we were given a double and then charged extra to move to a twin. Neither the tv nor the air conditioner worked. No phone or fridge. Great location but that’s pretty much it.

j ai étais accueilli super bien et bien renseigner sur les commerces alentours ..le personnel es très sympa ji reviendrais avec plaisir..

Hôtel très bien situé, chambre propre, gérant très professionnel et a l'écoute. Chambre un peu petite , et j'ai pas eu le droit a une vue sur le boulevard. 7/10

This is a wonderfully central place to stay with welcoming and helpful staff. The room was a bit shabby but for the price it was a real bargain.

Le veilleur de nuit nous a fait attendre pendant 1 heure devant la porte de 11h à minuit en plein vent (100 km/h). Nous étions un couple, une dame et un jeune homme.

Conforme à la réservation. Très correct par rapport au prix.

Hôtel qui rempli son rôle, rapport qualité prix ok, et réception 24h/24h vrai plus pour arrivées tardives ou si on a un souci.

La chambre est propre et confortable mais il est 23 h 00 et je suis bloqué a la porte de l'hôtel car le réceptionniste ne réponds ni a la sonnette de la porte et ni a mes coups de de téléphone. Merci de faire le nécessaire car il me reste plus qu'à trouver un autre hôtel la sonnette de l'hôtel

La chambre et draps est propre et le matelas confortable. Petite tele ceci dit et bouilloire avec que du thé et pas de café. Très vorre
