シャトルバスでの送迎（帰りはシャモニSNCFの駅の電車の中まで重い荷物を運んでいただきました）や情報提供など、ホテルのスタッフの方々から非常に手厚いサービスをご提供いただき、心地よく過ごすことができました。 朝食の内容は充実しており（シャンパンもあり！）、鳥の声を聞きながら、アルプスを眺めながら朝食をいただく時間は至福のひとときでした。チェックアウト時にいただいたジャムがとても美味しく、さすが手作りのものは違うと感じ入った次第です。 庭は広く、あちこちに花が咲き乱れ、ゆっくり散歩する時間が無かったのが残念です。 唯一、気になった点は、客室の設備はとてもおしゃれにデザインされたものでしたが、洗面所の蛇口のレバーの取扱いが複雑でやや使いにくく、慣れるまでお湯しか出なかったり、水が止められなかったりした点です。 機会があったら是非また伺いたいと思っております。

水回りがあまりきれいではないのが残念。その他は良かったと思います。

I selected this hotel to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary and I am very confident that it was successful choice. Especially, their restaurant, Albert 1er, made our day extremely memorable.

My wife and I could really enjoy staying the hotel thanks to their very friendly serivce and remarkable hospitality. Even it was midnught, the hotel staff delivered the ice-cubes to me for icing my injured ankle with warm smile. We hope to come bck to the hotel someday.

大通りに面していたけれども、敷地内に入ると静かで、コテージが立ち並ぶ雰囲気は牧歌的な香も漂っていて、とても寛げました。 フロントスタッフもとても感じ良かったです。 部屋の設備も整っていました。 中庭のベンチでのんびりフルーツを食べたのも心地良かったです。

一番小さなお部屋だったので狭いけど快適でした。ホテルの敷地内の離れの方のレストランが美味しかったです。エギーユドゥミディのケーブルカーまでは20分くらい。その分山小屋風の雰囲気は素敵でした。

浴槽が広く、また、木彫の内装で落ち着いた居住空間を醸しており、快適に過ごせました。 私の不十分な英語にも、すべてのスタッフが親切にまた丁寧に対応してくれました。

This hotel was a dream. We visited France for 16 nights on our honeymoon and stayed here for 3. This was by far the highlight of the trip. The property is straight out of a Pinterest board, the staff incredible and the food and drinks delicious. We told them they were celebrating our honeymoon and we were given complimentary champagne on arrival. We enjoyed breakfast in bed each morning and afternoons by the pool. We hiked in the mountains and explored chamonix which is a great town!! We already can’t wait to return some day! I can’t think of one negative thing to say.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Staff were very friendly and explained everything well at check in before showing us to our room. Room was one of their small ones so it was cosy, provided toiletries and coffee were good. We didn’t use the hotel amenities as preferred to be out and about so couldn’t comment further.

Svært bra sted

Bra läge, personalen är trevlig men berättar inte om gratis transport service eller transportkort för buss och tåg. De var först när vi frågade vad de kostar att bli skjutsade som dem sa det ingår i boendet. Stora negativa är att frukost inte ingår i priset men de finns ett super bageri bara 200 meter bort som erbjuder bra frukost för 100kr/pers.

The hotel is located in Chamonix yet in a tranquil and peaceful setting that we really enjoyed. Our room was very spacious and had a wonderful large balcony where we enjoyed our evening wine. The property has 2 fantastic restaurants and lobby bar. There was also ample parking available if arriving by car. What would have made our stay nicer is in room coffee cream without asking for it and a spacious shower. The shower is very small by North American standards and not comfortable. There is no air conditioning and if you do decide to leave your windows and door open during the daytime or evening there are no screens to prevent mosquitoes and other insects from coming in the room. My husband was bitten twice which made him unable to get to sleep. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the pianist in the bar is a delightful entertainment addition. The pool and spa area are very nice.

Fantastic.

Excellent place to stay. Highly recommended when in Chamonix. If struggling to choose between this place and another, it is almost a no brainer. This has to be the right place to stay. Amenities, staff, comfort, and homeliness, all of which are top notch. The restaurants attached are also very much worth a visit.

A very elegant property centrally located in Chamonix. Excellent restaurants as well. We highly recommend this hotel.

Everything about this hotel was perfect. The rooms were comfortable and exceptionally clean. All the staff were friendly and very helpful. Our favorite part were the amenities. They have bikes on property that you can take out at no additional charge. The pool and spa area were peaceful with beautiful views of the mountains. I would highly recommend this hotel.

La mejor decisión en Chamonix. Después de un día de exploración no hay nada como llegar no solo a una habitación muy bonita. Sino que a una propiedad completa perfecta. Y el personal todos de lo más atentos.
