総合評価とレビュー Hotel Litteraire Gustave Flaubert, Signature Collection

We asked for the view but received a room at the bottom floor which has nothing like what was on the picture. The sheets and towels were not changed, garbage not thrown out and toilet filthy. There was no specific guidance about how to bring the car to the entrance so we spent a lot of time going around and around the town and did not know how to open the passage road to the hotel.

ジャンヌダルク教会から１～２分の場所で居ながら、通りからホテルの建物が少し奥に入っているせいかとても静かな環境で落ち着いて過ごせました。部屋の窓からは大聖堂の塔や可愛らしい木組みの家々が見えて素敵です。旧市街の観光にはとても便利なホテルだと思います。ただひとつ、我々はレンタカー利用の旅だったので事前にホテルの敷地内駐車場を予約していたのですが当日はルーアン旧市街のいたる所が工事中で、駐車場への道の途中に工事車両が停まっていて道が塞がれ、ホテルに確認すると「本日は駐車場の利用は無理なので町中のパーキングを利用して下さい」との事、無事公共駐車場に停める事が出来たのですが、おかげで少し不便になってしまいました。 それを除けば、部屋の雰囲気も綺麗で窓からの光もたっぷりで明るく、スタッフさんも殆ど接することは無いのですが感じが良く、気持ちよく過ごせました。

ホテルは清潔で、町の中心広場ヴィユー・マルシェのすぐそばに位置し食事・ショッピングに非常に便利。また四つ星に見合うホテルで、快適に過ごせます。 またレセプションの人たちの対応が非常に素晴らしく、お勧めのレストランは２軒とも、 本当に美味しい所（ガレットの店と、シーフードの店）を紹介頂き感激でした。

ROUENの次にSalersという小さな村に行くため、AURILLACの駅からのタクシーの電話番号を調べて出来たら手配もお願いできたらと相談するも行けばあるわよと素っ気ない。。。まぁね。自分で調べろよと言われればそうなんだけど。フランス語ができないからお願いしてるんでちょっと助けてほしかったな。ネットになってからこういうお願いはあまり聞いてくれなくなったように思う。。。

家族旅行で滞在しました。ホテルはジャンヌダルク教会の近くにあり、近辺にはレストランが沢山あります。 大聖堂や美術館へも徒歩圏内で大変便利でした。ホテル周辺は賑やかですが、ホテルは道路から奥まった場所にあり、静かで雰囲気が良かったです。お部屋もしっかりと掃除がされていて清潔でした。朝食も充実していました。フロントの対応もよく、次回ルーアンに滞在する機会があれば利用しようと思います。

Great location, a block from old town. Quiet, private, in a courtyard. Great staff, 24hr. Comfortable bedroom & spacious bathroom. Nice breakfast dining room & a great buffet. Mathieu at front desk was very welcoming & helpful. Highly recommended.

Personnel de l’établissement très agréable ! Hôtel avec beaucoup de charme et idéalement situé ! Un petit bémol sur deux points : un cendrier plein de mégots retrouvé sur la table de notre balcon et la chambre qui n’était pas disponible à l’heure (plus de 30 minutes d’attente).

Au cœur du vieux Rouen, cet établissement offre un havre de paix et de services exceptionnel. Accueil chaleureux et toujours disponible avec le sourire, personnel professionnel et très attentionné (nos remerciements particuliers à Mathieu à la réception), Chambre spacieuse et confortable à la décoration moderne et soignée. Parking privé vraiment appréciable. Un excellent choix pour un séjour à Rouen.

Our experience at this four-star hotel was unfortunately well below expectations. The standard room was small and noticeably outdated, lacking the comfort and modern touches one might expect from a hotel of this rating. The bathroom was particularly disappointing—the toilet bowl had old, stubborn stains that seemed impossible to clean, which raised concerns about overall cleanliness. The view from our window left much to be desired: a flat rooftop collecting stagnant rainwater, hardly the kind of scenery that enhances a stay. The bed was also subpar—uncomfortable and not conducive to a good night’s rest. We had booked a two-night stay but seriously considered checking out after the first night. The hotel’s only redeeming quality was its convenient location, but even that couldn’t make up for the overall lackluster experience. If you’re looking for a true four-star experience, I would not recommend this hotel.

Convenient wonderful place to stay.

While this property is nice, it is in an old section of town and was rather hard to get to with luggage. When we checked in I was told to park at the Palais de Justice lot, which we did. It was a 10 minute walk with our bags. In addition, the front desk told us they had a special deal with the garage and it was 12 Euros. I asked if we needed to do anything to get that special, and he said no. However, when we left the garage, it was 22.90 Euros…so almost twice as much! That was a bit disappointing. I did like the fact that they gave you fresh water and ice at the reception desk. There were no bath clothes in the room. Beds and view were nice!

Superb property! Very unique and charming. Perfect location for exploring! I would stay again!
