Excellent buffet breakfast, would stay again

5泊しました。海目の前で完璧です。朝食もうまい。メインは毎日かわる。

朝食ビュッフェのお料理の種類が豊富で味もとても美味しかったです。5泊しましたが、お部屋は毎日綺麗に清掃していただき、スタッフの皆さんもいつも親切にしてくださりました。近くには美味しいレストランが沢山あり、ホテルのすぐ前には海岸沿いの遊歩道があって、素敵な立地でした。また泊まりたいです。

ビーチに近くリゾート感ありました。部屋からle San Bartolomé y Santa Tecla教会が臨め良い景色でリラックスできました。レトロ感ある部屋、ビュッフェ朝食の種類、質共に素晴らしく、皆さんの高い評価に値するホテルと思いました。

ビーチが目の前にあり、5Fにあるバルからの海の眺めは最高でした。親切なスタッフ、清潔な寝具に大満足の朝食でした。またぜひ泊まりたいです。

海に面したベランダ付きの部屋が、気に入ってこのホテルにしました。でも予約時にはすでに海側の部屋は満室。しかたなく、裏側の部屋に。でも一応、ベランダ付きで、プールが見えました。 特に残念だったのは、朝食。 食事はとても豪華で、期待以上でしたが、朝食の部屋がいまいち・・・。がっかりして、食べ終わって外に出ると、なんと、海に面したレストランのテラスで食べてもよかったのです。 私たちが朝食一番乗りだったので、入ったときは気づきませんでした。スタッフのおじさん、一言、外でも食べられるよって言って欲しかった。 残念～。

全てにおいて大満足です。また是非訪れたいと思います。

Great location, a generous and delicious breakfast, and exceptionally friendly, attentive staff. The rooftop is the real highlight, it’s a fantastic space to relax with wonderful views. A hotel I’d happily stay at again.

The air conditioning stopped working in 75% of the hotel. The staff strung guests along with saying it would be fixed for 2 days. If you can’t provide the services you advertise that’s false advertising. No apologies from staff, in fact they walked away from the front desk mid conversation and put up the “back in 5mins” sign. If you can’t deal with issues as a service provider, you’re in the wrong industry. Do not stay here!

The best hotel experience we have ever had

We are a couple from Canada! The hotel location is fantastic, breakfast is the best, so much verities! My only downside was I had to cut short with my stay because of my partner’s medical emergency! We were planning to stay for a week, we actually did 3 nights there! I was hoping I could get partial refund back, 2 days before we checked out, we went to the front desk to let them know my plan was changed, hope partial refund, but they claimed it was booked through Expedia, we had to contact them! And I did! Expedia responded me that no worries and they would contact the hotel! Then no results! After I contacted Expedia again, they said it was hotel’s policy and they couldn’t do anything for that! For that reason, I am little bit disappointed even I like everything else about the hotel! Hotel does have cancellation policy and they should be able to give partial refund!

Fijn hotel op een toplocatie, pal aan het strand. De kamer was schoon en netjes en het personeel erg vriendelijk. Vooral de twee dames in de ontbijtzaal maakten elke ochtend een geweldige start van de dag. Super gastvrij!

enjoyed my stay overall and it is reasonable value for money and great location. the rooms need updating decor and furniture wise. the lift kept breaking down and there is only one lift. breakfast was very good and staff were friendly.

A very nice place to stay in Sitges.

The property was lovely and clean and the food amazing. Unfortunately I was mugged outside the hotel .despite this incident .I found the hotel manager extremely helpful. I would stay here again

Bra läge, trevlig personal och fantastisk frukost!

All of the staff were gracious and helpful. The breakfast/brunch was available from 8 - 1 pm which was amazing - all you can eat and even had wine available for brunch! The rooms were kept clean and fresh towels came everyday if you wanted them. We 'rented beach towels and a parasol from the hotel and once returned you got your deposit back. There was always fresh lemonade and coffee available in the front lobby which was great and there was great shopping and wonderful restaurants all around the area. Again, no conditioner in the bathroom, so pack that, but there's lots of body wash and shampoo. The beach was right across the street and we had a sea view from our balcony. I would definitely recommend this hotel for your stay and would return there as well.
