Très agréable et très acceuillant

Emplacement ideal dans le coeur historique de Pau, hotel rénové avec chambre spacieuse. Un parking public , gratuit la nuit est a deux pas de l"hotel.

habitué de cet établissement je reviens toujours c'est donc que les choses me conviennent en plus du rapport qualité-prix est très bien a ce jour !

Muy céntrico. Con el atractivo de antes pero con todas las comodidades. El personal amable, desayuno muy correcto. Hay un parking grande muy cercano, la noche vale 1,50.euro !! La gente amable, la ciudad cuidada y con encanto

It was ok for an old building with some modern features

Affreux, service au strict minimum, personnel désagréable, lieux malpropres, petit-déjeuner cher et avec un choix très limité

Location is perfect! Lobby needs an update! Our room was large with a very large bathroom. Breakfast (extra charge) was okay at best…other hotels do it much better. Extremely limited onsite free parking (3or 4 spots but nearby parking which is a bit of a walk was 3 euros for the night. Overall, I would stay here again.

The hotel is tired and not worthy of 4 stars.

Hébergement décevant pour un 4 étoiles. Odeurs de javel intense dans la salle de bain qui n’a pas été nettoyée entre notre première et deuxième nuit. Odeur âcre au rdc. Salle petit-déjeuner sombre et petit déjeuner sans saveur. Accueil sympathique

Séjour agréable, hôtel, idéalement, placé, centre-ville, concierge, disponible,souriant, réactif La chambre 10 est spacieuse et très calme Petit bémol, concernant le petit déjeuner, un petit effort concernant la viennoiserie

Séjour très agréable

Great suite, plenty of room to spread out, and a huge tub. Also the drying rack for towels/clothes was a great touch. I wish you could turn the AC on instead of the preselected heat, but opening the windows this time of year worked very well to get the room nice and cool. Close to the bus stop, not a far walk from the train station (a beautiful walk by the way especially if using the free fenicular) and there was a grocery store also very close.

Hôtel bien placé. De nombreuses petites attentions dans la chambre. Le petit déjeuner propose beaucoup de choses. Attention à certaines chambres qui manquent de lumière et au personnel qui prend son petit dej en se pensant seul
