バスタブがあり、お湯の水圧も十分でした。

アヌシー旧市街のど真ん中でロケーション抜群、部屋は綺麗で快適、エアコン感じで暑い夏も問題なし。 アヌシーで最高の滞在ができました。

駅からは若干距離があるものの湖や旧市街へのアクセスは抜群。スタッフも親切で過ごしやすかったです。 貸出でもいいのでドライヤーがあれば完璧⭐︎

very nice location in the middle of the canal & the old town. I stayed at a “canal view” room where I enjoyed the sight very much especially in the evening time. The room was clean and comfortable.

改装したてなのかきれいな部屋で、スタッフも感じが良く、立地も観光に便利で大変満足しています。 窓からパレ・ド・リルが見られるのもすばらしかったです。 記録的猛暑だったため、部屋に冷蔵庫がないことが残念でした。

ロケーション抜群のホテル 短期でアヌシーを楽しむには良いかと！

観光名所の パレ ドゥ リール のすぐ隣で、予約したときは「シティビュー」と言う事でしたが、行ってみると、屋根裏部屋で、シティニューというより西日の差す屋根の世界。部屋に向かう通路のドアノストッパーは掃除機。朝が来ても鳩も来ない。屋根の傾き通りなので、部屋も狭く、バスタブに１５４ｃｍの私の身長でもまっすぐ立てない。しかも、夜遅くまで通りに並ぶレストランやカフェの賑わいでうるさいことこの上なし。立地は良いのですが、バカにされているのかと思いました。残念です。

私は１人旅が多いため、ホテルには毎回こだわります。選ぶ条件は、駅から歩いて行ける距離にあるか、公共交通機関で行けること。まあ、今回は荷物が重すぎて駅からタクシーを使いましたが・・。その街の観光の中心地にあること。または観光の中心地まで歩いて行ける範囲にあること。安全な地域にあり清潔であること。また、部屋からの眺めにもこだわるため、毎回シングルルームよりも眺めの良い部屋の多いダブルルームかツインルームを選びます。このホテルはどの条件も満たしており、立地も旧市街のど真ん中にありながら、夜はとても静か。見た目もスイスとフランスが合わさったようなキュートな外観。今回はダブルルームに宿泊したため、部屋も広く、古すぎず、新しすぎず、ヨーロッパのプチホテルならではの家具が並んでいました。部屋からの眺めも最高で、後ろにはアヌシー城、前には旧市街の街並みや教会、アヌシー牢跡があり、きれいな川も流れています。右側にはアルプスの山が見え、朝の散歩に丁度良い公園や湖も歩いて２～３分の距離でした。また、夜になると周りの建物がライトアップされ、とても幻想的です。食事をとるレストランやビストロ、ブラッスリーも数多くあるため、探す心配がありません。ちなみにホテルの下もブラッスリーです。スタッフもいつも笑顔で優しく、小さなホテルならではの安心感がありました。また、フランスではあまり期待ができない朝食もとても種類が多く美味しかったです。ただ、寝に帰るだけでない方、観光だけでなく、部屋での快適さも重視したい方にはとてもオススメのホテルです。

Had a stunning view! The staff were very helpful and nice. The only complaint the shower needed a good cleaning. I would stay here again.

The hotel is just located in the old town. Everything in the hotel is basic and the car parking is a bit far even though the customers can get discounts.

Could not be more perfectly located if you wish to be in Annecy old town

Booked in Jan for April stay. Asked for rooms with good view. Got back alley view of boarded windows and so much pigeon poop we had to keep the windows closed in the too-hot room for fear of disease. Air conditioning did nothing. Toilet seat was broken in both rooms. Room had 3 Kleenex in the box. Next day room was partially serviced, still no Kleenex. Breakfast first morning buffet was pretty much empty. Male attendant was kind of rude in telling us he wasn’t bringing more food. He was sure willing to take our money though. Stayed here in 2006 and 2009; would have rated 5 stars both times. Way downhill, won’t be back.

The room was lovely, clean, good size, perfect location with parking close by. The hotel is right in the middle of the old town. I would stay here again and highly recommend, was good value.

Parking is at a neighbor hotel/public lot. Narrow spaces and narrow entry. Only option if driving. Staff, hotel and location is excellent. Park once and walk to everything.

Hotel is situated at a good location within the old town. Nevertheless, taking advantage of this to deny any functionality or care to bathrooms in rooms and to common places in general is just not fair considering the prices being charged. A shower with full mold in grouts or a hand held shower head with broken height adjuster is just simple disrespect to not only the industry being part of, but also to the guest. This is my second stay in the hotel and it's getting worse as time passes. Never again!
