Nice place especially if want to be a genuinely short walk to everything, including shops, bars restaurants and the beach. Really helpful staff, nice reception area with a bar. Probably suited to shorter stays, Great value, small centrally located hotel; I’d class it as a good spot if you are going to entertain yourself and you don’t need to the extras that a large hotel might offer. No onsite parking but you can find on street metered parking close by.

The room was great,small balcony and the view was of the bedroom in the opposite hotel.

Had a great stay, perfect location and Bertie on reception was great as was the ladies in the restaurant

Don’t get a superier room! There is no balcony, only a tiny window which looks onto a wall, very dark in the room with the lights on. Bathroom was brightly lit and shower was superb. Room was still rather small even though it was superier. There was 2 double beds in it (which maybe considering the size of the room, then 1 double bed would be enough), there is a fridge and safe (2 euro per day) Lovely bar/lounge on the reception floor, which was never open. Breakfast was ok but there was no lunch or dinner on, no entertainment. The location is really good and you don’t hear any noise outside the hotel, just inside, with people slamming doors and moving furniture, walls seem very thin, can hear people talking ect in the corridors. Staff were all very nice.

Great hotel, recently renovated just steps away from the old town.

The hotel is in a relatively quiet street, but close to a lively area of restaurants, bars and the seafront. I was given a small room at the rear of the hotel with a window facing a blank white wall. The bathroom had a large shower unit with hand held and rainfall shower heads. The room had a padded bench, desk, cupboard space, key operated safe to rent and the tv had BBC1 and 2. Breakfast in the hotel was quite basic- tasteless cereals, selection of cooked items, bread, croissants, conserves, fruit and potted yogurts. Sometimes music played in public areas was loud. Most of the staff were friendly and efficient. Wifi was accessed through an intrusive system of recording an email address - no access if reception copy the detail incorrectly, as I experienced!

Hotel has been refurbished and is lovely and clean. The room itself was nice, basic but clean. Our room was cleaned everyday towels changed everyday. The staff are really friendly too! The negatives were that breakfast was cold and not much choice. The hotel walls are so thin you can hear another room flushing their toilet. The hotel is located really well, the down side is the noise you hear from your room. Construction workers, the drains being drained every morning, people coming back after a night out being loud (outside and in the hall) and there's a school right next door. If the noise was not such an issue we would happily stay here again.

The whole hotel is spotless. The room was very clean and large enough for 2 people. The balcony is very small with omly 1 chair which could have been better for 2 people. The view was lovely. The location excellent. The bathroom shower is a bath with shower over which could be a mobility issue for some. Overall had a great time.

Nice single room I stayed in, been back agin recently, great location and staff

Central location, but the room was rather basic and the 'view' into the wall 1.5m away didn't impress. Soundproofing limited, tiled hallways carry all the noise around. Plenty other options around, I wouldn't stay again.

Great location in the old town, friendly staff and the room is very modern and clean. I will be definitely going back again

The room was okay and the balcony was big but it was winter so I couldn't really enjoy the balcony but the room and bathroom was more than ample only the tv didn't work or show programs and the toilet roll holder needs to be fix stronger to the wall. I would stay there again it's in a good location.

Spotless, great staff

Hotel was in a great location, room was clean, staff were nice but the room was very cold.

Room was nice although a bit cold without the extra blanket. The aircon unit acted as an effective heater. Staff were polite and helpful. The view was a pleasant street view with a glimpse of the sea between buildings. Top floor probably has a nice sea view. Breakfast was fine. Lots to eat and a good choice. Location was good. I would stay again.

Very clean and modern hotel

Amazing stay! Beautiful hotel right in the heart of the old town. A great base and location for exploring the surrounding area and less than a minute's walk to the beach and main promenade. The room and hotel was spotless and looked brand new. The bed was comfortable and the room was perfect for what I needed with so many useful amenities. The staff were absolutely wonderful and so helpful. Nothing was too much for them. Cristina was fabulous and I loved talking to her and learning about Spain and the Benidorm area. The breakfast was delicious too with and so much choice. Thank you for a great stay.
