バスターミナルから近く、大聖堂の隣で観光に便利な立地。こじんまりとしているが小綺麗で必要なものはすべてそろっている。タパス街からも近い。ホテルの近くは階段だらけで大きな荷物を持った旅行者には少々きつかった。ホテルの周りで敬虔な巡礼者を沢山、目撃し、ブルゴスが巡礼路にあることを認識させられた。

カテドラルの真ん前、ロケーションは最高でした。

ブルゴス大聖堂の横のあるホテル。観光には最高の立地。スタッフも親切。ゴミ箱が一つしかなかったのはちょっと不便だったけど、水もお湯も勢いよく出るし、バスタブもある。景色は部屋によるけど、外に出たら大聖堂なので問題ないかと。ホテル棟が分かれていて、別棟の方でしたが、入るときインターホンで部屋番号を言わなくてはならず、一階モタモタしてるうちに開錠時間が過ぎちゃって再度ピンポン。近くのバルはいい店が沢山あってとてもお勧めです。

ブルゴスの象徴であるカテドラルを、間近に望めて、クラシックな建物や伝統料理のレストランもあり、大いに楽しみました。団体でなく個人旅行に適していると思いました。旧市街の中心にあり、何かと便利。😊

ホテルはブルゴス大聖堂のすぐ前でした。実際に泊まった部屋は受付した建物とは別棟で、大聖堂広場に面してはいませんでしたが、内装も趣があり滞在は快適でした。中心部に位置するので市内観光には最適で、バスターミナルにも徒歩数分の範囲にあります。一つ難点は鉄道駅ですが、市内からかなりはなれたところにあり、路線バスもそれほど便数が多くないようでしたので、タクシー利用にならざるを得ませんでした。

ブルゴス大聖堂に隣接し、部屋から大聖堂の偉容が真正面に望める。古い印刷所を改装したレストランも雰囲気が良く、料理もおいしく値段も手頃で大満足でした。

Clean room and breakfast was excellent

Good location on the Camino, but the staff at reception were unhelpful and unpleasant . Tip for anyone walking the Camino and arriving around 3.00pm - this is shift change time so extremely difficult to get checked in.

Location is the best.

Need to improve the hotels wifi

The hotel is perfectly located in front of the cathedral. Views are remarkable. The hotel has 2 buildings, the one where the reception is located can't be reached by someone with disabilities, no ramp, no lift, nothing. The 2nd building is accessible. Breakfast is served on the non-accessible building, no room service is provided. The restaurant is permanently closed. The garage has two electric doors, opened by the receptionist reached by an intercom. The problem with this method is that when you try to exit you literally have to search everywhere to find the buttons that opens the doors (independently) because it is poorly signposted. We found a group of tourists literally trapped between the two doors not knowing how to exit. When we checked-in the receptionist was very courteous but was apparently overwhelmed by gests and phone calls because it took us more than 30 minutes to get our keys. The room was spacious, well kept, decorated accordingly and clean.

Le menu du petit déjeuner décevant …viennoiseries sèches …qualité très juste …parking pas pratique et une chaleur suffocante dans la chambre …la Clim ne marchait pas et nous avons dormi les fenêtres ouvertes …par contre superbe emplacement

We had a room overlooking Cathedral. Excellent. Loved the location. Large room and bathroom. Beds good. Shower good. Was a great space for 2 nights. Would stay again.

Lovely hotel. Great location. Oddly the "free" coffee was free one day and then 15 Euros the next. Lots and lots and lots of stairs.

Parking was good, not to impressed with breakfast. All the receptionist were very helpful. Carmen and Karen in the front office help me tremendously I had a little accident and they send me to the hospital give all the instructions and guided me. Very thankful to them. Muchas gracias. Great location. a guy guy in the front desk fell me with accommodations to buy train tickets.
