建物自体は古いですが清掃が行き届いていてとても過ごしやすかったです。 何よりもスタッフの方が皆さん本当に優しくてほっとできます。お風呂のお湯もちゃんと出ます。冬のヨーロッパは寒いですが部屋の暖房もちゃんと効くので安心です。 サンマルコ広場からは20分程歩きますが、次またベネツィアに行く時も絶対ここに泊まりたいと思います！

　当日ホテルより、丁寧なメールをもらい迷うことなくホテルに行けました。 メールがなければ行けなかったかも。 外での朝食は少々寒いかも､雨の日はルームサービスでした。 チェックアウトが早朝でしたが、パン　ジュース　フルーツを袋に入れて持たせてくれ、大変助かりました。

Great central location, small boutique hotel, good size bedroom, clean and nice continental breakfast (served outside or in your room).

I have stayed at Bloom/Settimo Cielo before; this is run by the same people. Lovely breakfasts, friendly helpful staff, fab San Marco location, beautifully appointed rooms and lovely roof terrace for guests across both properties. The only downside is the lack of plug sockets - but it's a historic building. It does operate a fixed date schedule for aircon/heating - aircon stops 15 Oct - just to be aware of.

The staff were very cordial, warm and welcoming.

Great location..but you probably have to cross the Academia bridge to get there...lots of steps. The room was small but clean. The staff was great. The breakfast was huge we got the sweet and savory. Had eggs, cheese,meat,buns, croisants,coffee, tea, cookies and fruit.

The staff were very welcoming and the breakfast spread was delicious. Great location to get out and see Venice!

We were upgraded to the Hotel's Bloom apartments, beautifully appointed, breakfast area and food was incredible. Lovely staff! "We would definitely stay there again"

Our room was clean and comfortable; the bathroom, impeccable. All staff were friendly and helpful. Antony was particularly warm and hospitable. Locanda Fiorita is in an excellent location in a quiet campaniello.

Todo bien, la habitación es muy pequeña, por lo que no tiene baño propio y eso es lo único que no me gustó. Fuera de eso el personal es sumamente amable, la cama muy cómoda, hotel bien ubicado y el desayuno muy bien.

Vi fikk et veldig lite rom med en dobbelseng hvor vi så vidt fikk plass til to kofferter. Vi valgte "hotellrom med eksternt bad", noe som var den billigste. Visste ikke helt hva vi valgte. Men badet med dysj og toalett måtte man ut av soverommet og over en gang for å komme til. Badet var kun vårt, delte ikke vel og merke. Det var et hotellrom vedsiden av oss. Så kunne treffe på dem når man skulle over til toalettet. Vi så et annet rom, det var et utrolig stort og fint, med eget bad. Betjeningen var fantastisk. Kjempe god service. Ville valgt hotellet igjen bare for servicen. Men ville hatt et annet rom! Frokosten var inkludert. Den var helt ok. Litt brød/rundstykker, pålegg og ost. Ikke noe stort. NB! Ingen heis!!! Må bære kofferten opp minst 2 etasjer. Kanskje 3 og 4 også. Alt etter hva rom man får.

Amazing stay in this hotel. Ideally placed so it's just a 10 minute slow stroll to St Marks Square and the Rialto. It sits behind another square that is home to cafes and restaurants. The service was exceptional. The owner offered us a free bottle of bubbly to be enjoyed on the rooftop of his neighbouring hotel. Breakfast was served outside on the patio. All I can say is, if staying in Venice you can't go wrong here.

Great stay overall! Be prepared, the room was small for 2 of us but the bathroom was minuscule! No room at all, but otherwise the staff and location were great. Beds and pillows were comfortable

Wonderful staff that went above and beyond (thank you Antony!). Simple breakfast in the courtyard was a great way to start the day. Very comfortable bed.
