建物自体は古いですが清掃が行き届いていてとても過ごしやすかったです。 何よりもスタッフの方が皆さん本当に優しくてほっとできます。お風呂のお湯もちゃんと出ます。冬のヨーロッパは寒いですが部屋の暖房もちゃんと効くので安心です。 サンマルコ広場からは20分程歩きますが、次またベネツィアに行く時も絶対ここに泊まりたいと思います！

　当日ホテルより、丁寧なメールをもらい迷うことなくホテルに行けました。 メールがなければ行けなかったかも。 外での朝食は少々寒いかも､雨の日はルームサービスでした。 チェックアウトが早朝でしたが、パン　ジュース　フルーツを袋に入れて持たせてくれ、大変助かりました。

We absolutely loved our stay. Such a cute little hotel. The staff were very friendly. The room was small but very clean and nice. Very quiet and perfect location. Definitely will stay again.

Charming boutique hotel in a great location for exploring. We purchased the breakfast and it was served in a quiet courtyard. The bed was comfortable and the small bathroom was very modern.

Made us feel very welcome Breakfast was great outside on the square Kept our bags and gave us drinks on our day of departure as we didnt fly untill 10.30 pm

This hotel is small but reasonably priced. The location is perfect to see most sites and convenient to the public water transportation system. The rooms are spare but comfortable and very clean. They offer a lovely breakfast to start the day. The staff are very peasant.

J'ai fait un excellent choix en choisissant ce petit hôtel tout à fait charmant. Le personnel est vraiment très accueillant et met tout en œuvre pour répondre au mieux aux demandes des clients. Les chambres sont très bien entretenues et l'emplacement est idéal sur une petite place tranquille, toute proche du grand canal.

I have stayed at Bloom/Settimo Cielo before; this is run by the same people. Lovely breakfasts, friendly helpful staff, fab San Marco location, beautifully appointed rooms and lovely roof terrace for guests across both properties. The only downside is the lack of plug sockets - but it's a historic building. It does operate a fixed date schedule for aircon/heating - aircon stops 15 Oct - just to be aware of.

The staff were very cordial, warm and welcoming.
