Very convenient with easy access to both bus and tram in 100 m which go to venezia island. Several restaurants around and also supermarkets. The room was quite small and the wall between the rooms may be thin, but was clean enough. The breakfast was nice too.

Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is very close to tran station for a 10 minute ride on the T1 to Venice. Easy to get to places. Mestre Centre is great place to eat and shop.

The room was cramped. The shower leaked and was tiny. We asked for reservations at their restaurant, they did not make the reservation, so we had to sit outside. It was cold and windy. There was a carnival a few blocks away and the noise was bad inside the room. The receptionist gave us bad information about boarding the train. Thankfully, we didn't follow his advice. The hotel was convenient to the tram into Venice and train station.

Schönes gepflegtes Zimmer vor Venedig gelagert. Venedig ist gut mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Von der Frühstückauswahl waren wir positiv überrascht. Gern wieder.

Great price. Easy transportation to Venice. 2 blocks to the tram to Piazza Roma. Clean room. Breakfast was ok but area was small for the hotel.

10-minute tram ride to Venice, 12-minute drive to the airport. Clean rooms, friendlystaff.

Wir sind als Familie mit kleinen Kindern für zwei Nächte im Hotel gewesen und hatten das Familienzimmer. Es war eine perfekte Lösung für uns, weil wir genügend Platz und zwei Badezimmer hatten und sogar einen Balkon. Der Empfang beim Check-In war sehr freundlich, wir haben tolle Ausflugstipps bekommen und durch die gute Lage waren wir in weniger als einer halben Stunde mit der Tram auf der Insel. In der gleichen Straße hat das Hotel noch ein Restaurant, das auch sehr leckere Speisen anbietet, und es gibt einen Supermarkt an der Ecke. Wir waren begeistert und werden definitiv wiederkommen, wenn wir wieder nach Venedig fahren.

Very good service

Bedden waren comfortabel, er was een goed (bij te boeken) ontbijtbuffet. De gastheer aan de receptie was ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Hij gaf veel informatie over de lokatie en tips om naar de binnenstad van Venetie te reizen en alles te zien. Op nog geen 2 minuten lopen een heerlijke en betaalbare late avondmaaltijd gegeten bij een lokaal restaurantje.

Alex, the front desk worker, went above and beyond to explain using the Tram into Venice. He helped plan our two days in Venice with detailed directions and maps! He even booked our boat trip to Murano, Torcello, and Burano. We would HIGHLY recommend this place! Breakfast was great too.

Trevligt hotell med närhet till både centralstationen och till spårvagnen till Venedig. Fina och fräscha rum, och trevlig personal.

Overall it was okay. Communication ia great about self check in , as we were late. However, finding a ride to get into the hotel is challenging and pricey.

Chambre confortable et Clim ok !! Tres bien pour le prix et très bien situé à 5 min du tram qui vous emmène à Venise en 10 min à peine !! Personnel très accueillant !!

The check in host was extremely rude. We know we had to wait till 3pm to check in before we arrived but he was still extremely rude when we arrived early to drop off our bags. Our flight landed at 9am so we were tired and was tough to wait till 3pm to check in. He purposely ignored us and tried to start an argument when we asked about checking in early. He told us angrily “you have the information” just no empathy or good customer service. Then when we used the restroom as we were waiting for the room the cleaning woman yelled at me in Italian to close the door or something. The staff was Just not welcoming at all. Once in the room the a/c was very slow. The fan was broken so it didn’t blow much. Barely cooled. It had one speed and took forever to cool. The fridge leaked and also didn’t get cold. The tv had an antenna only. It only had what looked like local channels and had no HDMI port so we couldn’t even plug in a fire stick or anything. The WiFi was extremely slow and kept disconnecting. The “full” size bed was essentially a twin and maybe a single pushed together. It was very low to the ground and the seem between the mattress was uncomfortable. The mattress was not long enough and our legs hung off the end of the bed. We are both under 6 feet tall. The bathroom was nice but the room was so small that our luggage didn’t really fit. They had to remain standing up in the corner and we had to move them around when we left the room. There was a rotary phone in the room.
