食事もホスピタリティも清潔感もスタッフの態度も全てが素晴らしかった！

宮殿でコンサートがあり、そのために滞在しました。 宮殿までは徒歩5分位で快適です。 お部屋もまあまあ快適でした。 天気がよかったので窓をあけて涼めましたが、雨だと雨漏りしそう… 唯一の催事だからこその難点は、周辺に飲食店がホテルと、隣の1店しかありません。 当然催事なので、事前予約でいっぱいで、街まではバスで20分、そのバスは時間によっては30分に1本しかありません。 危うく夕飯を食べそびれそうでした(>_<) 運よく、これまた催事なので、屋台が出ていて食べられましたが。 それだけがリゾートゆえの難点です。 でも近いし雰囲気はよかったです。

De kamer was schoon, maar erg gehorig. Het is zo een hotel niet waardig om parkeergeld te vragen aan de gasten, zeker als je dit vergelijkt met hotels die ook in de buurt van het paleis het Loo staan. We hebben geen ontbijt genuttigd in het hotel, de prijs kwaliteit vind ik in geen verhouding staan. Ik lees veel ‘klachten’ over het naastgelegen restaurant de Heerlijkheid. Op loopafstand is herberg het oude Loo, een aanrader! Heerlijk gegeten voor niet te veel.

Great hotel! Comfortable bed and nice shower.

No small breakfast option so €22 was excessive for a bowl of cereal, a coffee and an OJ. No other options in the area. The room was OK apart from the pile of pubes in the corner next to the loo. The banging from below, and as we were on the 1st floor, it wasn't another guest, was the worst bit, this went on til midnight and no staff could explain what it was or why. Wasn't worth the money, I expected better.

Mitarbeiter sehr nett, Frühstück gut und ausreichend. Etwas mehr Detailliebe fehlt noch am Gebäude. Zimmer groß und schön, aber viel zu kalt, selbst mit Heizung.

The Bilderberg Hotel De Keizerskroon is a very comfortable hotel with easy parking and a very helpful staff. It is in a beautiful area off the main road almost next to the entrance to Het Loo Palace. The dinner in their restaurant was very nice, as was the morning breakfast. We would stay here again.

Good hotel and very big rooms with balconies

Prima uitvalsbasis voor alles omgeving Apeldoorn, in ons geval theater Orpheus. Zeer vlotte incheck; nette ruime kamer. Helaas 2 eenpersoonsbedden, dat vinden wij persoonlijk niks ook bij boeken hiervoor geen keuze opties gekregen. Badkamer prima en ontbijt zeer uitgebreid en gevarieerd. Personeel uitermate vriendelijk.

We stayed here also a year ago and the hotel has definitely taken a turn for the worse. They have removed the front desk and replaced it with self check in iPads. Whoever thought of this should be fired immediately: a hotel relies on its personal touch and human interaction. I’m young and able, but no guest arriving after a long journey wants to fill out info on an iPad! Everything about our stay felt cheap. The hallway to our room was freezing. The duvets are so thin that we called (from our cell phone because there’s no phone in the room) for a second duvet, the floor in the bathroom is unheated and freezing, and I could go on. Our son with baby had a second room and they informed us in advance that they charge extra for a baby cot (unacceptable). There’s a coffee station in the lobby and it says with big letters that if you’re a guest staying in the hotel, you’re not allowed to use this coffee station (also unacceptable). It’s Christmas but not a festive chocolate in sight (I could swear there were chocolates last year at the front desk!). No welcome note or welcome gift in the room. Everything about our stay said that this hotel is past its prime and won’t survive. Our stay was just mediocre at best. One positive: the gin and tonic with berries in the bar is fabulous and the bartender was great (tip for the hotel: keep him).
