朝隣のキッチンから声が聞こえてうるさかった

ロケーションも良く快適に過ごせた。

ホテルの部屋の広さは、窮屈な感じはしたものの、キレイだったので、ビジネスで1人での宿泊には充分でした。強いて言うなら、朝食で用意されているものが毎日同じだったので、4連泊した自分にとっては、1品だけでもいいから変化があったら嬉しかったです。

部屋は正直狭かったですが、1人旅には充分な広さでした。また、バスタブはなくシャワーのみでした。ただ毎日綺麗にベッドメイキングされ、タオルも取り替えて下さったので、文句はなかったです。場所もベイカーストリート駅からすぐでアクセス抜群でした。 ヒースロー空港からパディントン駅までエキスプレスで15分程度、そこからTUBEかバスで数駅でした。27番のバスでパディントン駅からベイカーストリート駅まで重いスーツケース抱えて1人で往き来できました。正直TUBEだとエレベーターやエスカレーターないところがちょくちょくあり、重い荷物抱えたままの移動はキツいです。

The location is good.

Given its excellent location this Hotel was reasonably priced. The rooms are smallish which is often the case in London but apart from that everything else was very good. Very clean with good facilities and everything you need for a comfy stay. Staff were friendly and efficient with an adequate breakfast. Lots of restaurants and upmarket shopping nearby. I would use this Hotel again.

The hotel was lovely, food excellent, position in the city ideal close to bus and tram routes, staff very helpful and polite. One problem prior to our visit we were scammed online and asked to give card details to register our attendance and to check in on line, not the hotels fault but be very wary, we booked through Expedia, for the first time and and first time we were scammed, so I suggest Expedia tighten up their web security, we will not be booking through Expedia again. We have not had any sort of apology off Expedia, we have had an apology from the hotel

Great location and easy to find. Nice bedding and a lovely shower. Staff were all helpful and very friendly

Never stay here smallest rooms ever, staff rude and not accommodating. Wish I’d read reviews before I booked !!!

I booked and paid extra for an executive room as specifically needed a fridge but this isn’t the room type i was given. Reception were unable to offer the room when challenged

Reception area dull and unwelcoming. Bedroom extremely narrow but very clean and spotless bathroom. Breakfast adequate,staff attentive.

This was a lovely, reasonably priced hotel. Rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast was good with a wide selection of hot and cold choices. Reception desk is manned 24 hours. Only downside, there is no bar but that did not stop us enjoying our stay.

It was clean, staff was friendly, breakfast food was really good and it was accommodating for the location on where it was at. Only gave it. 4 out of 5 because the pictures maid it bigger than what it really was but we adapted.
