Too many ant to remove. 問題点は蟻が沢山いることです。入って３分もしないうちに小さい蟻を見つけ、その後もトイレを使う際など至る所で見つけました。スーツケースの中にも結構な数が入ってしまい、次のホテルについて開けた際にも中に蟻が入っていました。 シャワーなどは特に問題がなく、スタッフも男性はとても親切でした。

ベットの掛け布団がカバーだけで布団がなかった

中心街からトラムで10分ほどのホテル。シングルのお部屋はそこそこ大きくて十分。お部屋も水場もきれいにしてありました。 この夏は結構暑かったのですが、一般的にウィーンのホテルにエアコンはなし。扇風機があったので、窓際に置いて外気を入れて眠りました。これで、そこそこ快適。網戸はないけど虫は入ってくる気配はありませんでした。 ロビーやレストランはギャラリーのような雰囲気でアート感覚な空間です。宿泊についてくる朝食は、毎日同じものでしたが、種類も十分。外のレストランでは生野菜を食べる機会がほぼないので、有難くいただいていました。コーヒーもヨーロッパ風のしっかり濃いもので美味しかったです。

clean room and comfortable staff. Especially, breakfast is good.

時期的に暑かったのですが、小さい扇風機だけというのはどうかと思います。ホテルのチェックアウトも8：00からしかできないのも不便でした。

朝食が良かった。部屋にクラーが無い為暑苦しかった。立地は悪くはない。

朝食・WIFIついて駅からも近くて市内観光にとても便利でした。 部屋はとてもシンプルな作りでした。 冷蔵庫がなかったのが残念な点です。

何と言ってもスタッフが丁寧で気持ち良くスムーズに過ごせました。 特に30代から40代ぐらいの男性と40代ぐらい女性の対応は素敵でした。 設備は値段以上に整っています。 朝食はハムなどのバリエーションがもう少しあれば良いかなと思いました。

一人旅で利用しました。部屋は広く清潔です。 立地も中心地からそれほど離れていないため、不便はしませんでした。 近くにスーパーが3軒ほどあるので便利です。 朝食はビュッフェです。スタッフは親切です。 ただ夏場はクーラーがないので注意が必要です。

The room was clean, the Wi-Fi signal quite well,the breakfast was very good with a rich offer. There is no fridge inside the room, it could be a problem in hot summer days. The private bathroom Is extremely small .

The property was pretty well located. It was about a 16 -20 minute walk to the Big Bus Vienna stop #6 on the red line. That made it convenient to see all the places without much worry. The breakfast was your standard buffet with eggs, Vienna sausage , meats, cheese, cucumber , tomatoes, fruit, breads, yogurt and seeds. Coffee, tea, and juice. It was all good food to get you started on your day. The room was ok. Not as pictured on the website. The bathroom grout was certainly showing age. The bed was firm and comfortable enough. We were in room 207 and there seemed to be a party every night below us. It was loud and went on late into the night which made it hard to sleep. Not sure if it was other guests or people in an apartment that we couldn’t see. There is no staff at reception after 6:00 pm. So make sure you don’t forget the outside door code or your room key!

Room was clean and bed very comfortable. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Buffet breakfast in a pleasant dining room had a great selection. Located near public transport which in Vienna is second to none. Also had shops and restaurants nearby. Excellent value!

Frühstück war sehr gut!

I enjoyed my stay. The hotel is in a good location nearby tram and metro, and I liked the breakfast too.

Personal muy amable, todo correcto

A good basic hotel in a very nice part of Vienna. It's easy to get to from the Hauptbahnhof using U1metro line to Karlsplatz and then line 2 tram to Albertgasse. Other options are also available.

Ich bin mit allem zufrieden.

Es ist eigentlich schon alles geschrieben hier. Einzelzimmer sind klein, ja, Dusche ist noch kleiner. Frühstück ist gut. Hotel gut zu erreichen. Was mir persönlich nicht gefallen hat sind die weichen Matratzen. Und ich konnte die Hitze nicht aus dem Zimmer bekommen. Keine Airco vorhanden, aber ein Ventilator. Alles in Allem ich würde wieder für ein paar Tage buchen. Nur nicht im Sommer.

The hotel and room very clean and staff welcoming and very helpful. It is in a great location and I had a lovely stay. The buffet breakfast was fantastic. Really enjoyed staying with at the Korotan.
