ホテルはお部屋も綺麗で、朝食やアフタヌーンティーのサービスも良かったです。旅行中足首を捻挫してエレベーターをずっと使いましたが、強いて言えばエレベーターが遅い。なかなか来ないときがあります。あと、ホテルの場所ですが急ではないですが坂道にあります。最寄り地下鉄からホテルまでの道も急ではないですが坂道。お部屋が道に面した部屋で眺めが良かったです。

とても楽しい思い出ができました。朝からスパークリングワインで気分を盛り上げ、美味しい朝食で元気をつけて出発。昼のカフェと夜のレストランはホテル推薦のリストを回りましたがハズレなし。心のこもった行き届いたサービスに満足でした。その上、抜群のロケーション。美術館やコンサートエリアは至近で、主要なスポットも徒歩30分圏内です。部屋の真ん中に洗面台があるなど、ちょっと斬新過ぎる面もありますが、とても快適な滞在でした。

We had a wonderful week staying at this hotel! The staff was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was delicious, and the cake at afternoon tea was tasty. The hotel is at a great location, easy to access metro and is in a nice neighborhood. Highly recommended!

Spacious rooms and public spaces filled with original contemporary art. Conveniently located near the museum quarter. Delicious breakfasts. We had a great stay.

What a wonderful place! First, the neighborhood is fantastic, especially if you are tired of the crush of tourists in the Imperial center. Actual Weiner live here, amid loads of restaurants, cafes, and galleries (and places to shop for stuff you actually need). The hotel itself is amazing. I was upgraded to the Library Suite, yes it has a library, and it’s gorgeous. Breakfast had a lot of choices from the buffet and more from the kitchen. It took me a day to figure out how not to get lost (the hotel is a couple very old buildings, beautifully updated but hallways are twisty). This hotel made me love Vienna. I’ll be back!

The most enjoyable hotel I stayed in years. 1. Location, location, location - the heart of the 7th district 2. The staff was not only professional and helpful but also you felt like part pf their family. 3. The breakfast - the best........ fresh, delicious, superb variety and again the staff is amazing. 4. This hotel is one of our all time favorites. This was our 5th visit to Vienna and by far the best lodging. The staff made you feel as if you were the only guest, even though it was quite crowded. Everyone at reception was extremely welcoming and friendly. We got very good advice on many questions and the walking directions to restaurants was very easy to follow. There was an extensive breakfast buffet and tea and pastries served every day from 4-6. Our room was very quiet, air conditioned and spacious although there wasn’t a lot of space to put our clothes from our suitcases. The location was great- very close to various metro stops and the museum quarter. There were many cafes and restaurants close by and the hotel provided a handy list for various places to see within the neighborhood. We would happily return to this hotel and recommend it highly.

We had an excellent stay for 5 of us at Hotel Altstadt Vienna. The suite was spotless and very well maintained, making it a comfortable place to relax. The staff were outstanding - friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Breakfast was delicious and fresh, and the hotel’s location made it easy to walk to the city center and explore. Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our 5 night stay in this beautiful hotel which aims to be, and certainly provides, a home from home. The staff were friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. Breakfast was superb - we really enjoyed the special daily shot and hot choice - and afternoon tea delicious. Our room was beautifully styled, the bed was comfortable and the bath a bonus. Finally the location was great for exploring the city by foot or using the very efficient and affordable public transport system. We would love to return to this hotel one day and look forward to discovering another of the very individual rooms.

Logo quando você entra o hall do hotel não passa assim uma boa impressão pois fica num prédio mais antigo. Porém ao subir na recepção você já fica encantada. O quarto muito espaço, banheiro enorme e com lugar para acomodar tudo. A calefação ficava ligada o dia todo então o quarto estava sempre quentinho. O time super atencioso, café com muitas variedades e a tarde serviam chá e doces. Adorei !
