室内は清潔でバルコニーもあり、自炊に必要な器具も全て揃っていたので大変快適でした。

実際に暮らしているような気分にさせてくれるとても快適なアパートでした。 中心地からは離れていますが、交通の便が良く、美味しいパン屋さんやスーパーも近くにあり何の不便も感じませんでした。 こちらの質問に対しても直ぐに返事をいただくことが出来手配も完璧でした。

It was very relaxing, like being at home. The best, to say the least. The neighbourhood is also very quiet, residential and safe and I felt very close to the area itself. I would stay in the same room again.

This apartment is very near the station and very convenient for shopping of foods and drinks.

😊キッチンの備品が揃っているのでシーズンのホワイトアスパラガスを茹でたり、現地の食材で食事を楽しむことができました。部屋も清潔で居心地がよかったです。中心部からは少し離れますが、ショッテントーアから市電43番で行けるので不便は感じなかったです。

住宅街の真ん中にあり、生活に必要な最低限のものが揃っていたので、まるでウィーンに住んでいるような体験ができました。 特に洗濯機とアイロンが使えたのは助かりました。 時々わからないこともありましたが親切に教えていただきました。

Clean modern apartment, high-quality cookware, ample dishes, stove and fridge, about a 30-minute tram ride to Vienna's historic centre. Friendly hosts who spoke excellent English. I would stay here again on a future visit to Vienna.

We were warmly met by Anna and her black cat. We stayed at the garden apartment which is another building near by. It was well set out, very clean and it was nice to have a small outdoor patio. The bed was comfortable. The location was ideal, a couple of minutes walk from the station when you arrive from the airport. The network of trams again were only two minutes walk away that took you into the center of the city and two most other places. Two large supermarkets was just a further few minutes walk away. If we needed anything we just WhatsApped the property and they answered within minutes. I would highly recommend staying here and Vienna is such a lovely and interesting city.

Great location, away from the busy tourist areas but there’s a 43 tram takes you directly to the heart of downtown. The apartment is very well maintained, clean and spacious. Power /manager is very nice and friendly. Highly recommended.

Kitchen was well equipped and even had a little oven which was very useful. Laundry services available. Public transport, both for trams and train is close. Christian was always available to respond to any questions.

We spent 4 nights in a very spacious apartment that had everything we needed. There was a laundry room available for free and Christian our host provided all the information we needed as first time visitors to Austria. Train and Tram were a simple 3 min walk. Overall great experience!

Great apartment, away ftom the busy centre, with excellent tram, train and bus links. Plenty of restsurants, supermarkets etc. in the area. Clean, comfortable and well equipped with friendly and helpful owner.

We had a wonderful stay - we were warmly welcomed and the apartment was very comfortable for 2 adults and 2 kids! I highly recommend it!
