都心から少し遠い、歩いていけるが。 周りに何もない

建物に入ってすぐのエレベーターが古くて怖かったです。 部屋は広めで清潔感があり快適でした。 駅からは少し歩きます。薄暗い道ですが住宅街なので怖い感じはなかったです。 朝ごはんが7:00からだったので食べれませんでした。

立地は悪くはないですが、交通機関へのアクセスはそれほど良くないです。 暗い、ジメッとした部屋で、タオルの質が悪かったりするので、快適感はありません。寝るだけと割り切るならよし。

地下鉄やトラムの駅に徒歩5分程度で行ける立地だったので、観光するのに非常に便利だった。 フロントや従業員のおじさんやおばさんは、私とすれ違う度に笑顔で挨拶を交わしてくれるレベルには愛想が良かった。 私（1人で使用）が泊まった部屋は6畳程度の広さにシングルベッドが2つ置いてあった。シャワールームがついており、アメニティグッズにハンドソープとシャンプー兼ボディソープが置いてあった。シャンプーを使ってみたが、普通に軋むので、最低でもコンディショナーは持って行った方が良いと思う。 部屋は掃除が行き届いていて、不快感はなかった。 また、これは改善しようが無いと思うが、壁が薄いのか隣の部屋の音（特に水道類の音）が非常に良く聞こえたので、よっぽど気にならない人以外耳栓は必須だと思う。 朝食はパン・ハム・チーズ…とヨーロッパに良くある朝食のビュッフェだった。 総合的にみて、コスパの良いホテルだと思う。

Clean, confortable room and very warm and frendry staff.

中央駅から徒歩10分、広くて快適な部屋。壁は薄いようだ。周辺にレストランも多く小さな商店もあるので便利。

冷蔵庫がないのと、テレビの位置が変なのを除けばほぼ満点です。スタッフは非常に親切でした。

立地を考えると、コストパフォーマンスが高いと思われます。 特にサービスが良いわけではないが、スタッフは笑顔で親切で話しかけやすいです。 ミッテ駅からU3に乗ってフォルクスシアター駅でU2に乗り換え、北へ一駅のRathausが最寄り駅。街の規模が頭に入ると、歩いてフォルクスシアター駅に行くのも全く苦ではなくなり、そこを起点にいろんな場所へ移動出来ました。

Hotel in an excellent location

This property is 2 star at best and you will be paying for proximity to transit and landmarks. Many amenities listed on the Expedia page are non-existent and/or severely exaggerated. The walls are paper-thin (you hear absolutely everything, all conversations, tv, toilet, water running, closets closing, snoring, everything! - For items that are missing but listed on Expedia website and basis as 3 star : no safe, no coffee maker (1 reception area but you have to pay), no kettle (1in reception area for all of hotel), only hand soap and shower gel available. The rooms are beyond tiny but not really an issue just FYI with all. Else. When I asked about the missing items and said that this was all false advertising, the rude manager said that they do provide a kettle (it's 1 kettle that can only be used in the lobby and for use by all hotel guests!!) - if i would have known how awful this place was I would have booked one of the other 2 hotels that were actually 3 stars. This place is a joke.

El lugar esta apartado unos 20 minutos caminado de todas las atracciones turisticas,. pero, quedatnos lejos pudimos conocer otros lugares y como viven los vieneces, sin tanto caos del turismo. El barrio super lindo y con muchos restaurantes y cafeterias de especialidad y supercomodo las camas. 100% recomendado

We would definitely recommend this as a budget hotel for anyone planning a city break. It was only a 30min walk from the centre and there were many bars and restaurant within 5 mins walk. The hotel was basic but more than adequate for what we wanted. Bathroom was small but clean and modern.

We enjoyed the property’s close proximity to restaurants, parks, and transit stops. The street was very quiet and the views sublime! We easily navigated the 4 flights of stairs to our room, and the room itself was spacious and clean.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist für fußläufige Ausflüge auch sehr gut geeignet. Gerne wieder!

Sehr hellhörig, Zimmer super klein. Das Frühstück ist sehr schmal. Niemand lag so richtig nach, Tische wurden leider gar nicht abgeräumt. Das Personal ist sehr nett und die Lage ist top. Für 1 Max 2 Nächte in Ordnung

Small, very clean no frills pension. Exactly what we required. That said one had to be up before the crowd to ensure hot water in the shower. Highly recommended

Rooms were clean, warm and comfortable . Staff very helpful .

Friendly staff, cleanliness and convenience. Unfortunately no air conditioning in the room.
