初めに予約していた部屋は下水臭く、それを誤魔化すように芳香剤が撒かれていました。 天井も低く、閉鎖的な空間であったこともあり、部屋の変更を申し出たところ快く受け入れていただきました。 翌日は大晦日ということもあり、満室で部屋の変更はできませんでしたが、返金に応じていただき丁寧な対応でした。 最初の部屋の状態は残念でしたが、移動後の部屋の居心地は悪くなく、朝食のビュッフェも美味しく、対応も満足のいくものでした。

三つ星でしたがカナルビューの部屋で窓を開けるとゴンドラ乗り場があり、眺望は最高でした。部屋の広さも充分です。朝食もビュッフェは最低限ですが、スペースが少し狭い以外は満足できるレベルです。トータルではカナルビューの部屋なら3.5星です！

ロケーションがよく、スタッフも優しい。 最後の日は空港までの水上タクシーも手配していただき、ホテルの目の前に泊めてくれました！

スイートに泊まりました。 お部屋の内装がとても素敵！とても絵になるホテルでした。 お部屋のカナルビューはあまり期待しない方がいいです。街並みは見れるので景色は良いですが。 水周りも綺麗でした。 朝食は美味しくて豪華でした。 甘いものを朝食で食べない日本人でも、食べたいものがありました。 事前の問い合わせや当日のやりとりも拙い英語でしたが、ゆっくり話してくれました。 驚くほど愛想がいいわけではないですが、丁寧に対応してくれたと思います。 立地は、ヴァポレットの駅から数分で着き便利。スーツケースでの利用も、小さな橋が1箇所だけあるけれど、数段の階段なので持ち運べるレベル。 チェックアウト後はブラーノ島へ行きました。荷物を預かってもらい、フェリー乗り場までも10分ほどで、リッチにこだわり下調べした甲斐がありました！

空港から直行のバボレットが到着するF.noveから近く、カドーロからもほぼ平坦なので、大きなスーツケースがあるときは便利です。 施設はベネチアにしては綺麗ですが、2日のうち１日はシャワーの温度が上がりませんでした。また部屋の一部ではWi-Fiが繋がりませんでした。朝食は暖かいものはありませんが、パン類の種類は豊富で、特に不満はありませんでした。

立地も良く、おしゃれなホテルなのでオススメです。 スタッフの気配りも良く、快適なヴェネツィア滞在になりました。

バポレット、カドーロ駅から徒歩５分、スーツケースを転がしても苦にならない距離。リアルト橋、サンマルコ広場、島巡りの船着き場（ノーバ）も５～８分圏内。　こじんまりとしてクラシックにまとめられた、小さくてロマンチックなホテル。　アンティークな食堂で食べる朝食がとても美味しい。　

可愛いオシャレなホテルだった。 ヴァポレットの停留所(CA' D'ORO)から徒歩8分程度と立地が良く、本島のどこへ行くにも便利だった。また、ブラーノ島やムラーノ島へのヴァポレットの停留所の１つである F.TE.NOVE からも近く便利だった。 客室がちょっと狭く、スーツケースを１つ広げるのがやっとだった。 バスタブがなく、シャワーの水圧も弱く、また、ドライヤーの風量も微弱だった。 朝食は微妙だった。スクランブルエッグやウィンナー、ベーコンなどの温かいメニューがなかった。

Room was very spacious and nicely decorated.Staff were amazing.Good location right at a canal.Would definitely stay again.

Centrally located small hotel perfect for exploring Venice. Friendly, helpful staff and a lovely clean room. Definitely recommended.

In a great location for exploring Venice. Our canal view room was comfortable, quiet with period tasteful furnishing. Breakfast good. Only thing missing is a bar which would have been nice to come back to in the evening, fairly insignificant issue though. A great place to stay in Venice.

The room is nice and clean but very small with low ceiling. I think Thu’s is typical of hotel rooms in Venice. The front desk is nice and helpful. The breakfast is good with friendly staff. The hotel is located about 15 minute walk from water bus stop and 30 minute walk to the train station. Have a small carryon with good wheels. The ground is bumpy and there are steps up and down whenever you encounter a bridge. You don’t want to be pulling a large luggage and lifting it up and down the stairs. You can walk around main attractions from the hotel easily without luggage.

Staff approach to negative situations could be improved. No manager to mediate the situation during our stay so not resolved till after checkout. Room at the front level 1 was very noisy. Our booked room type wasn’t available, not informed before arrival although known to the hotel staff and the alternative room type downgraded the experience for us as a family squishing into a smaller room. Breakfast had to be by appointment slot the night before where we couldn’t have breakfast at our convenience. The hot food option was running out and not replenished during our slot. Very lacking for an anniversary visit following on 6 years from our honeymoon where it was excellent.

Everything was nice but this hotel is not accessible stairs and no life and wheel chair lift not working. No on duty bell boy except daytime. This information should be disclosed , if it had been I would have stayed somewhere else
