ホテルはドゥカーレ宮の真ん前です。広い部屋をとったため、電動のリクライニングチェアがありました。坂の町を歩いたあとはたいへん助かりました。中庭が駐車場だっため朝がうるさい時がありました。清潔で機能的なホテルでした。

Struttura che risente dell'eta' nelle stanze. Stanza e bagno di grandi dimensioni ma materasso duro. Posizione eccellente e un plus il parcheggio.

Hotel con un'ottima posizione davanti a Palazzo Ducale e con comodità di parcheggio.Il personale è gentile e collaborativo ma tutta la struttura avrebbe bisogno di una rinfrescata e di maggiore ordine e pulizia

The staff is very helpful and welcomingBreakfast is excellent. The room is large but the furniture is very old. The bed is not good. Overall, the 4 star rating and the price are not quite justified.

Very nice staff, young man at front desk I believe named Tobias was very helpful. Room are really very spacious. Breakfast was excellent plus location is central to all historic sites.

Good location and service

Quiet room overlooking the courtyard/parking lot. Firm bed. Decent bathroom. Odd assortment of art in the room. Staff very nice and helpful. We did not purchase breakfast. There is a minibar fridge in the room. Excellent location to the museum and Duomo.

We geven een 6. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Locatie top, maar prijs kwaliteit verhouding is niet goed. De kamers waren schoon, maar erg aan renovatie toe evenals de rest van het hotel. Het buitenterras was niet schoon, niet erg gezellig, met rioollucht, waar ze waarschijnlijk niks aan konden doen, maar toch.
