街中にも関わらず駐車場も無料で、食事や観光には出掛け易く、ビエッラ滞在時にはまた利用したい。ただし、カーナビで簡単には辿り着き難い。

予約の変更などがありクラークの方々には大変お世話になりました。フロントの前を通ると必ず挨拶をしてくれとても気持ちのいい対応でした。こちらのホテルでの夕食は取れませんが徒歩8分程度のところに姉妹ホテル(Agora)がありそちらでルームチャージも対応してくれます。 エレベーターにはトランクを入れると一人しか乗れない狭さですが高層階ではないので特に不便はありません。朝食のビュッフェもあまり種類は多くはありませんが淹れたてのカプチーノ、エスプレッソ、いろいろ要望を聞いてくれます。スタッフの方の対応がとても親切で気持ちよく滞在できました。 また利用したいと思います。

Lhotel si trova in zona centrale di Biella, molto pulito, la stanze molto carina così anche il bagno, la colazione molto buona tutto il personale gentilissimi e disponibili, se dovete andare a Biella tenetelo in considerazione perché ne vale la pena. Grazie a tutti

Who knew Biella was such a sophisticated town. Great art and food. Our hotel was right in the middle of town and also quiet and safe. Highly recommend The Augustus!

Very nice hotel with friendly staff. Parking was OK for a 2.1m high van but exiting the car park was challenging and wouldn’t suit a very long vehicle

The hotel is family owned. You’ll soon find out that the front desk staff and the dining staff as well as back office are all related. The kids are very nice and hospitable and their English is great - certainly better than my Italian. Rooms are clean, comfortable and updated but really no frills and on the small side. Room is a basic double bed with a desk built into the wall and a small fridge. And that’s all there is room for. Bathroom is regular sized. If you don’t expect to spend much time in the room except to sleep, this hotel is well worth it and you won’t be disappointed at all. It’s also very centrally located and walkable everywhere.

This hotel has been updated and was very clean. It is in a very clean and safe place in the city with parking available. The staff was wonderful, the check in staff went over and above to make sure my stay was good. The morning breakfast was well stocked with many options. On my next trip I will happily stay here.

Hotel in Ordnung, sauber, schneller Check in und extra Handtücher auf Nachfrage. Frühstück kann ich wegen Krankheit nicht beurteilen, sah aber ordentlich aus. Parkzufahrt sehr eng, aber dafür Parkplätze gratis.

The staff were very attentive. Parking a bit tricky but it was still nice to be able to park at the hotel. Breakfast was delicious.

Personale gentile e disponibile. Colazione ben fornita. Solo qualche piccolo accorgimento nelle camere: aggiungere una presa sotto ad entrambi i comodini (non solo uno), diminuire il rumore delle tapparelle elettriche perchè quando un altro ospite le fa scendere di notte si sentono parecchio svegliandoti, aggiungere canali on-demande. Comunque nel complesso un ottimo Hotel qualità/prezzo. consiglio
