Spent 4 nights including new year day. My 2 years son truly enjoyed its indoor pool.

ビーチ、マヨルカ市内には歩いて行けない｡バス停まで歩いて5分、バス料金1人、１.5ユーロ｡市内からホテルに戻る時は路駐していたタクシーを簡単に見つける、7-8ユーロ｡ ホテル専用の駐車場が無いので路上で探す必要あり｡

翌日にイビザに行く予定だったのでフェリー乗り場から近くのホテルを探していたところ、こちらのホテルを見つけました。 チェックイン前でもプールの利用も大丈夫でした。 シティから少し離れているので静かにのんびり過ごすことができます。近くにベルベル城があり徒歩で行くことも可能です。 部屋はキングサイズのベッドが二つ置いてあるゆったりした部屋で快適でした。

Pedí una habitación alta, y me la dieron en la plata de entrada, dando a una calle. Creo que no estaba lleno, y también podrían haberme dado una habitación con vista al mar, en lugar de un muro.

The property is not in good condition. Our towels were ripped. Everything is old.

Det xpensive and not even close to be a 3 star hotel. Food was horrible. Absolutely no seasoning and - salt pepper? Had mussels marine style that was cooked twice. Unbelivable lazy and disgusting. Room was not the one we wanted and changed room 3 times. Not getting any refund for the more expensive room we booked. Very bad They blamed hotels.com low standard

Good locations with great views across Palma. Pool was an nice additional. Reception is always fairly chaotic, not particularly well staffed, so took a while to check in/out and order taxis. The reception team were doing the best they can, no real sign of management organising things

We arrived late after midnight on our first night. There was nowhere to pull up with our car and parking was full. We had to put our hazards on and quickly unload and then drive around the streets to find parking. Once we checked in and got to our room, we noticed were only given two shower towels despite it being a triple room with three occupants. We then had to go to reception to request a towel at 1am. Once we got into our room and settled in more we noticed how dirty it was. We saw the shower curtain covered in mold, an incredibly dusty bathroom vent fan (hazard), and to top it off a hot pink fake nail by the bedside table. In the morning we went to reception to advise them on the state of the room, and the girl informed us she could not do anything but to return later on once her manager was in and see if we could change rooms. Later on we met the manager and they were not very helpful just said we were full and nothing could be done. They could have offered to change the curtain and do a better clean or to compensate us in some other way but nothing was offered unfortunately. The gentleman who checked us in was very friendly and helpful and another gentleman we spoke to while checking out was helpful too, as well as the restaurant staff. We loved our stay in Palma but unfortunately the hotel was a let down and for the price we paid it was upsetting. Hopefully this can be taken as constructive criticism to improve in the future for other guests. Thank you!

Alles in allem solides Hotel für eine Nacht. Schöner Pool und toller Blick über palma. Leider etwas Renovierungsstau.

Das Hotel liegt auf einer Anhöhe am Hafen von Palma, und hat man das Hotel durch die engen Zufahrten erreicht, kann man einen Traumhaften Blick auf den Hafen von Palma genießen, während man am Hauseigenen Pool planscht. Der Service von Hotel war super und die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sauber und ordentlich. Wir würden wieder hier übernachten.
