郊外のAVE駅よりタクシー15分、繁華街中心より徒歩5分位の公園側に位置し静かである。丘の上の旧市街登り口へ5分に位置し、有名な宙吊りの家へは徒歩25分位で、景観を楽しめる。部屋数も多く設備もビジネスホテルライクであるが、快適である。コーヒーメーカーまたは湯沸かしポットがあればもっといい。ファミリー的な対応で玄関先に日の丸掲揚に感激。

La atención del personal fue muy buena, incluso dándonos la oportunidad de entrar a la habitación antes del check in, lo cual nos vino genial porque teníamos una boda en la Catedral de Cuenca y necesitábamos cambiarnos. La habitación estaba bien, con un buen armario y amplio baño.

Creo que necesita una buena reforma,el tamaño de la habitacion rs bueno lero la decoracion y la calidad del colchon es mejorable. El baño es frio ( sin calefaccion) y en invierno dan ganas de salir corriendo. El personal fantastico asi como la ubicacion.

El personal muy amable. La habitación un poco degradada y sucia. Mal olor del hidromasaje.

Chambre trés bien, Personnel aimable, petit déjeuner trés moyen pour le prix (13,40€). Parking complet à 17h. Il faut le réserver en même temps que la chambre, ce qui n'est pas prévu dans Hotels.Com

Breakfast had a good selection of items, room was a little tired and warm. Think the AC had been turned off due to being later in the year, we had it turned on but no cold which left us with a very warm room. Parking available on the street, €1.60 covers until 11am then €1.60 for two more. Better value than hotel (€16/day) or nearby public (€22/day). 20 minute walk to old centre but prepare for hills! 10 minutes to San Francisco at which has plenty of food options.

Nothing bad to say about it. No issues.

Hotel muito bom!

Really nice hotel, staff were all lovely and helpful. The restaurant is serves nice food and is very pleasant to sit in the outdoor section. All around great experience and would definitely recommend as a great place to stay when exploring Cuenca!
