L' ascenseur ne fonctionne pas depuis longtemps. L'hôtel ne nous a pas averti avant, sinon nous aurions annulé. Un entresol, plus un étage à faire avec les valises pas top. En plus réveillé très tôt par le personnel de ménage

Nice and clean, staff very friendly ! The hotel is a bit old fashioned, in a building not very well soundproofed. A coffee machine in the room would have been one more star on my review.

Room was clean and comfotable. AC not available so we had to leave the windows open. Paid parking very convenient. Staff super kind and helpful. Ate a light dinner in the attached restaurant and it was one of my favorite meals of our trip. The city of Lleida did not impress us, dirty compared to the rest of cities we have visited, but the hotel was fine.

Près du centre historique, des boutiques et des cafés. Plusieurs stationnements autour de l'hôtel. Les gens à l'accueil sont très disponibles pour répondre à nos questions et faire des suggestions.

La ubicación es perfecta para disfrutar de la ciudad. El bufé caro para lo que había. El café aunque de cápsulas salía muy aguado reiteradamente

Fin og venlig modtagelse på to sprog. Men vi måtte løbe til turistinformationen længere oppe i byen for at nå at få et kort over byen inden siestalukning.

j'avais un besoin de mettre des médicaments au réfrigérateur et cela a été possible sans difficultés. Très bon accueil. Le tarif du parking (18euros) un peu excessif, mais le parking est super bien placé par rapport à l'hôtel. Je recommande.

First room had a terrible smell of sewer. I requested a new room. This had less smell of sewer but was up under the roof so very hot. I asked in the reception if they could turn on the air conditioning, but this was not available until June. So I ended up in a room with a smell of sewer and 30 degrees +. Only good thing was that breakfast was at 06:30 so I could get out of there early and leave a really bad experience behind me.

The beds were in the Goldilocks zone. Not too hard, not too soft. They were just right.

Tuvimos un problema con la reserva, la solución que me ofrecían era que pagara más, costo bastante llegar a una solución que no implicara más costes, finalmente se solucionó. La ubicación muy buena, en el centro. Las habitaciones amplias, se ve que el hotel tiene muchos años pero está muy bien cuidado. Todo estaba muy limpio. El desayuno se da en el bar de al lado, es un bar viejo, el personal es muy amable y la comida aceptable.

Es un buen hotel para estancias cortas, está bien ubicado, al lado de la calle Mayor y cerca de la estación de tren, un poco costoso para lo que es, pero cumple su función.
