Local maravilhoso, estrutura de Beach Club! Spa é top, piscina , beira da praia, atendimento 10! Ciro dois fatores que poderiam melhorar! O wi fi , só pega em pontos estratégicos, piscina não pega, corredores tb não! Recepção e quartos pega! Isso podia melhorar porque é muito ruim e também a acústica é muito ruim, ouve barulhos e conversas de outros quartos ! O restante top! Localização é a melhor !!

My stay was extremely disappointing. Firstly, the AC in the bedroom did not work for the first 6 nights. Maintenance came to look at it and assured us it would be fixed, but it never was. The mattress was the worst I've ever slept on, it had two massive dips in it that didn't even allow me and my wife to sleep close to each other. There was visible mold around the AC duct, and significant water damage in the bathroom. The air quality was so bad after the 4th night that I could barely breathe. When I spoke with the manager, Marta, she told me this was normal and that they couldn't do anything about it. I was there for my 40th birthday and did not receive any acknowledgment or a simple happy birthday. For a stay that cost over $4,000, this experience was unacceptable and truly a disaster.

Quarto limpo, equipe educada, vista mar, café da manhã muito bom. Tudo muito novo. Hotel sensacional. Poderia ter um DJ na piscina, ou algo assim. Mas não tenho qualquer ressalva a fazer. Localização maravilhosa e certamente ficarei novamente neste hotel. Habitación muy limpia, personal muy amable, vistas al mar y un desayuno excelente. Todo es muy nuevo y está muy bien cuidado. El hotel es espectacular. Como sugerencia, estaría genial contar con un DJ en la piscina o algún tipo de animación similar. Pero, sinceramente, no tengo ninguna crítica que hacer. La ubicación es inmejorable y, sin duda, volveré a alojarme en este hotel.

Amazing beachside vibe at the hotel Garbi and Spa. The amenities were excellent, the pools were awesome, the room service was great, the beachside restaurant delivered amazing meals, and the bartenders whipped up delicious cocktails all day - and all night - long. Conveniently located to great shopping, restaurants, and nightlife. Fantastic place to stay if you’re ever in Playa d’En Bossa, Ibiza!

Das Frühstück im Hotel Garbi ist unterdurchschnittlich: a) Der Kaffee aus der Maschine ist ein Zumutung. Es ist eine Mischung aus viel Wasser mit etwas Milch und eine kleine Menge von Kaffee. b) Die Auswahl an Speisen ist begrenzt und diese ändert sich auch die ganze Woche nicht. c) Die Qualität einiger Speisen (z.B. Orangensaft, Avocadoaufstrich) lässt zu wünschen übrig. Die Rezeption ist fast immer durch Gäste, welche ein- oder aus-checken besetzt und eine Concierge gibt es nicht. Daher ist es oft nicht möglich ein Taxi zu bestellen oder etwas anderes abzuklären. Die Doppelbetten im Hotel bestehen aus zwei zusammengeschobenen Einzelbetten, welche sehr leicht auseinandergleiten. Für ein Paar ungeeignet! Summa Summarum: Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht!

It was great, the staff was very nice and accommodating. The buffet was incredible. It was different types of food every day which was nice.

Rooms were very small and basic, not at all what was represented or expected of a luxury resort. When we spoke to staff about upgrade, they said this was “standard” for Ibiza. There were also no umbrellas or chairs for guests on the actual beach. The only reason for more than 1 star was the breakfast, which was consistently above average and had excellent service.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt. Ich habe dort meinen Geburtstag verbracht und wir haben als Geste des Hotels ein Zimmer Upgrade und eine Geburtstagstorte bekommen. Ausnahmslos waren alle Mitarbeiter äußerst zuvorkommend und freundlich. Das Hotel war sauber und auch das Essen hat gut geschmeckt. Es hat einen wunderschönen Poolbereich und die Lage am Strand ist auch hervorragend.

The staff was terribly rude, the Manager in the day was absolutely mannerless and did not know how to treat guests. Very disrespectful and barged into my room multiple times and started yelling at me. I was a solo girl travelling and was treated extremely terribly for a mere issue of late checkout, which I was ready to pay extra for. Was threatened by the manager. Unacceptable behavior from a so called ‘4.5 star Hotel.’ They should be reported to the authorities.

And the pool is amazing.
