とても素晴らしいホテル。2万円以下、朝食付、中心部、取消無料、現地払いで絞り、家庭的な雰囲気に惹かれて予約。空港からはS1にMoosachでU3乗り換え。S8を使い徒歩でMarienplatzからも可能。ホテル周辺は飲食店多数。観光地へも徒歩圏内。部屋はこぢんまりだが、機能的で使いやすく、手入れが行き届いる。騒音もなく静か。朝食も充実していてドイツらしい。温かい紅茶とコーヒーもある。checkinとcheckoutも対面で安心。アメニティはタオル大小と兼用の液体石鹸のみ。歯ブラシ、スリッパ、パジャマ、シャンプーなどは部屋になし。宿泊客はドイツ語話者中心で便利な場所にありながら落ち着きのあるホテル。

中心駅から徒歩30分程度だが、近くに駅もあり中心街まで歩ける距離なので問題無し。近くにスーパーもあるので良かった。部屋は狭いが、コンパクトにまとまっており利用しやすかった。コインランドリーがあると思って予約したが無かった。フロントでは道の説明もしてくれ、非常に親切で助かった。

Odeonsplatz駅を利用すれば、ミュンヘン中央駅から、短距離専用の切符で到着できます。レジデンツや主な見どころも徒歩圏内で便利。 学生街で、夜は車もほぼ通らずとても静かです。 カーテンが遮光ではないので、陽の光で目が覚めます。 朝ごはんはシンプルながらもバラエティに富んでいて、持ってきてくださったコーヒーもとても美味しかったです。 もしまたミュンヘンに行くことがあればぜひ利用したいです。

朝食付きで立地も良く最高でした。

部屋は広くはなかったですが最低限のものは揃っていました。水回り（湯量、温度とも）まったく問題ありません。朝食の種類も量も特筆すべきものもありませんが不満もありません。立地は地下鉄の駅から徒歩5分程度、天気がよければマリエンプラッツや中央駅あたりなら歩いても十分行けます。

Universität駅(U6/U3)からも近く、大学の近辺ということで環境も落ち着いています。夜に到着しましたが安心感がありました。部屋はコンパクトで必要なものはそろっており、清潔で快適です。朝食は美味しく、時々違うものと入れ替えられていくので楽しみです。周辺はtake outも可能な飲食店（Dean & Davidはサラダ専門のチェーン店で旅行者には助かる）がすぐ近くにあったり、他にもカフェや書店、スーパーもあります。 Single room は冷蔵庫：なし、初日に炭酸水のボトル有

部屋は狭く感じましたが、必要なものはそろっていて特に不便はありませんでした。朝食、おいしかったです。

風呂(シャワー室)が狭く、ベッドも小さかったけど、全体的快適でした。駅からも近く、バス停も近くにありアクセスは便利。学生街なので周辺にお店が多く買い物も食事も色々楽しめると思います。ホテルの下あるベーカリーは非常に美味しい。ビジネスマンの利用も多く、それだけコスパが良いのだと思います。

Good breakfast. The room is not very new, but clean enough. Quiet. (I stayed in the room not facing to the street, but my friend staying in the room facing the street wasn't complaining the noise, either.) The bed is rather small. The room has an air-conditioner, but it does not turn on when the window is open. Be careful! (I didn't notice that the window is open, and I couldn't turn on the air-conditioner.)

Hotel Hauser is in a great location when visiting Munich. Located on the border of the Maxvorstadt and Schwabing neighborhoods, there are a lot of great cafes, restaurants, bars, shops, etc. within walking distance. It’s also near transit options, very walkable to Alstadt and the main Munich attractions (a pleasant 15 minute walk), as well as the English Garden (10 minute walk). It is a vibrant neighborhood with a lot of college age folks around, so it tends to be louder in the evenings, but not too bad. The rooms are on the small side, but they’re just right if you’re mainly looking for a room to store your bags and sleep. The shower in our room was very tiny, but manageable. We did not have the breakfast buffet, but it looked and smelled good. The staff was helpful and courteous. The only real negative were the pillows. They weren’t soft or firm, and were an odd shape that you could never quite get comfortable with.

Ein sympathisches inhabergeführtes kleines Hotel mit angenehmen Gästen, sehr ruhig, frisch renoviertes Zimmer und Bad, schallisoliert, gute Matratze, freundlicher und guter Service. Super gelegen im trubeligen Schwabing, Kunst, Kultur und Läden in unmittelbarer Umgebung Preis sehr okay.

Standard 3-star, no frills hotel. The breakfast was great and the location is awesome. Super walkable to Old Town & the metro is right nearby. If you’re looking for a comfortable place for a short stay, I highly recommend this hotel.

Clean room and friendly staff! This hotel is conveniently located near the subway which makes it easy to get around town from here.

We loved the Hotel Hauser. It was so conveniently located to many restaurants as well as being close to the subway. Even though the area around the hotel is very popular, our room was really quiet. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a lovely breakfast, which we enjoyed each morning of our stay. We would definitely stay there again.

Nice overall, small rooms but ok. The best part was the breakfast, very nice with lots of things to choose from.

Zentral gelegen, freundlich, ordentlich, sauber ohne viel Drumherum

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, weshalb draußen sehr lebhaft ist, wovon allerdings in den Zimmern nichts zu merken ist. Die Zimmer sind klein, dabei gut ausgestattet. Insgesamt ein sehr gepflegtes und angenehm zurückhaltendes Haus, das ohne viel Aufsehen auskommt. Das Frühstück ist sehr liebevoll gestaltet. Für einen Aufenthalt in München eine ausgezeichnete Wahl.
