立地は良い。部屋が狭い。部屋の造りは電源も多く、使い易い。 ホテルは一部エレベーターが無く、階段を利用するので、荷物が重い場合には、スタッフを呼ぶ必要がある。

地下鉄バスともにアクセスが良く、目の前に自然史博物館、その先にV&A美術館という立地で観光しやすかった。室内、洗面バスルームの広さともに十分にあり、過ごしやすかった。

環境・治安もよく、施設内も大変清潔で快適に過ごすことができました。

ﾎﾃﾙｽﾀｯﾌもとても優しく丁寧で初めての一人旅でしたが安心して宿泊できました｡他のお客様も大人の方ばかりでﾎﾃﾙ内で大きな声での会話も一切なく､とても静かで､ﾍﾞｯﾄは持ち帰りたいくらい快適でした｡ 敢えていうならﾊﾞｽ停がもう少し近くにあればより便利だったかな､と思いました｡

54Queen’s Gate was incredible! The staff was very attentive and took care of every single thing we needed. The hotel itself was clean, safe, close to a tube station, and the AC was great in the London heatwave!! I’ll stay here every time!

54 Queens is a great hotel to stay at when in London. It is in a safe location and is right next to the tube. Additionally, the staff is very welcoming and they serve great breakfast, if purchased. I will be staying here next time I go to London.

Overall a very comfortable hotel

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Had a large basement room that was a little dark. Coffee machine in room was broken. Breakfast was adequate but limited, fine given the price was not high.

A perfect hotel in a perfect location! Friendly staff, informative and knowledgeable, we found this hotel to be absolutely amazing. Our view was astounding with Museums and tourist sites within walking distance. The subway was an easy 9 minute walk and we went throughout London with speed and ease.
