前回泊まった時は、ロビー辺りに自由に使える電子レンジがあって大変便利でしたが、今回は無くて残念でした。 しかも、ホテルの女性の方に聞いたら、「そんなのは前からなかった」と言われました。

Nous avions réservé une chambre avec vue sur la mer. La chambre que nous avons eu était décevante. La personne à la réception nous en a donné une plus convenable. Le lit était fatigué,bien que spacieux ,j'ai mal dormi. L'hôtel en lui-même est correct.

A serene enviroment

The hotel location was absolutely perfect - we had a sea view from our balcony and it was a very short (less than 5 minutes) walk down to the beach at Alum Chine. The beds were comfortable and the room clean. The staff were all very friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. I would stay there again.

Having stayed here twice before was disappointed that the Cunard restaurant was not open for evening meals . Eating in the bar was the same menu but not the enjoyable experience we have had in the past . All other aspects of our stay were brilliant .

I wish there was more facilities inside room such as toothpaste and slippers

It wasn't very clean. Dirty bed, dirty bathroom, other people's hair everywhere, it felt like they hadn't cleaned or vacuumed. The food was not delivered on time, we had to ask for even plain water. The staff was busy setting the table and didn't pay attention to anything that wasn't there to eat.

The hotel is a bit dated but clean,friendly and helpful staff apart from the security personnel who didn't seem to understand it was a works party for a large company and not a nightclub full of undisierables they were rude and if anything trying to cause trouble. Breakfast is limited but the food was ok. I would stay there again.

The room was immaculate as were all the public areas. The staff were most obliging and friendly.

Nice hotel

This is a traditional B&B with all the right values, which include friendly staff. It is no-frills, but that is not to disparage it. The location is fine, it is quiet but urban, the clientele is mostly pensioners and occasionally conference delegates, but middle-aged, primarily senior citizens. It gives them what they want and does so well. The staff were kind, patient and helpful. It is a model of its kind, and while others will find it faded, I accept it for what it is. It made people happy, including me.
