リフトなし、ポットなし、ドライヤーなし、シャワーはチョロチョロ。 おお〜昔のロンドン！30年前と同じ！自分がイギリスで学生してた時代のB&Bを思い出させるホテルでした。スタッフはフレンドリーでいいですが、次は無いかな。

Carpet is very dirty, shawer water stoped in the way , water is leaking , I claimed it , but not repaired in 3days. Finally when we back from hotel to bus station by walking at morning 6 am, hijakar attacked us, Really surrounding place is unsafe.

ヴィクトリア駅から歩いて10分以内でどこへ行くにも便利でした。建物は非常に古く，部屋は広く，趣がある一方，シャワールームがとても狭い，窓が閉めにくいなどの不便さも。円安なので日本円換算すると割高感が強いですが，おそらく安い部類のホテルです。スタッフは気さくで付き合いやすく，朝食は簡素ですが，目玉焼きの焼き加減が好きでした。

地下鉄駅から歩いて７～８分とロケーションは良い。また、ロンドン市内の名所に行くには便利。 ただ、古くて設備が良くない。例えばシャワーヘッドが壊れていてシャワーにならず滝のように湯水が落ちる、洗面台の収納扉・クローゼットの扉などが壊れたままである、上へのスライド式窓を開けてもするする降りてきて、開けたままで止まらないなど。

駅からは10分くらいで割と近かったと思います。荷物も預かってくれたし、宿の人もいい人そうでした。 よくなかった点として、シャワーの温水が出にくいこと。宿の人に出ないと聞くと、時間がかかると言われ、2.3分くらい待ってからやっとお湯が出ました。あと、シャワールームはかなり狭いです。 また、お部屋で掃除はしてくれるものの、ベッドの下を見てみたら、イヤリングが落ちていたりしました。海外での常識はわからないけれど、見える範囲では綺麗だったので、使う分には問題ないかもしれません。 バスタオルもあり、毎日交換してくれたので、サービスはいいと思います。 朝ごはんは食べませんでしたが、パンとベーコンと卵と豆といった、伝統的なイングリッシュブレックファーストっぽかったです。

途中で部屋を変えさせられた

ビクトリア駅、コーチ駅に近くバッキンガム宮殿やウエストミンスター寺院なども徒歩で行けます。 スーパーも近くレンタル自転車もホテル裏にあります。 朝食もイングリッシュブレックファストでした。 チェックアウト後も荷物を置くスペースがあり荷物を預かってもらえました。 全体に清潔感はありましたが、バスタブの中に靴の足跡がついていたのでマイナス1としました。

Clean room, decent breakfast and fairly quiet. Also a great location, central and near an array of good restaurants. Good value for money!

Mon séjour dans cet établissement a été gâché par un manque flagrant de propreté et de maintenance. Dans la salle de bain, l'évier était totalement bouché, ce qui est inacceptable. De plus, la bouche d'aération était couverte d'une épaisse couche de poussière, ce qui pose un vrai problème d'hygiène et de qualité de l'air et la présence de traces douteuses sur les draps laisse à desirer. Une fenêtre de la chambre ne fermait pas, compromettant non seulement l'isolation thermique et acoustique, mais surtout la sécurité de mes biens et la mienne. Pour le prix payé, on s'attend à un minimum de rigueur. Je ne recommande donc pas du tout cet hôtel

The room was very cold bed was uncomfortable, there was no proper pillo or duve . and the toilet was smelling but the staff was amazing. The location was perfect.

El hotel es antiguo, le hace falta mantenimiento. No hacen limpieza diaria. La ubicación es buena, cerca del metro, estación de trenes y buses Victoria. El personal amable, l calefacción funciona bien. El desayuno es el típico local, no hay variedad pero cumple.

Très bien placé à seulement 20 mn à pied du Buckingham Palace. Les chambres sont très minimes un peu vieilles, l’isolation et la peinture sont à refaire. Le lavabo était constamment bouché c’était très désagréable.

Belle chambre rénovée. Personnel agréable. L'hôtel est en rénovation mais cela n'est pas gênant et il est idéalement placé.

Única coisa boa do hotel foi a localização e os atendentes da recepção que foram muito educados, carpete sujo, colchão e travesseiros ruins, quarto muito frio o aquecedor n dava conta, porta da sacada mal vedada estava entrando muito vento e gelava o quarto todo, o hotel precisa de reparos, quarto com cheiro de mofo, agua do chuveiro sem pressão alguma, descarga com problemas, estava voltando muito cheiro de esgoto no banheiro, piso do banheiro estava cheio de buracos, tem a maquina de bebidas para os hospedes, mas metade dos itens estava em falta nem agua portável tinha disponível na maquina e no cafe da manhã, cafe da manhã extremamente simples e limitado.

Decent hotel for two nights stay. Close to Victoria station for access into central London. Breakfast was quite thoughtful in that they served vegetarian/vegan sausages to cater for most dietary requirements. Would consider staying again.

Lo mejor la ubicacion y el personal Lo peor la poca variedad de desayuno y ducha el agua no habia punto medio de temperatura y sale muy poca agua ya que se escapa por el flexo

Room was perfect - hotel was being refurbed but was fine for a one night stay.

The room itself was ok. Clean fresh bedding and towels. Although the whole building was dated and needed maintenance, you could look past that if only staying for one night like us (I wouldn’t stay any longer) Shower and toilet was clean but not a lot of room to move. I would avoid the breakfast, it was busy and we didn’t mind waiting but was then told to sit on a table that had already been given to another couple 5 minutes before by the same lady. The milk carton was just left out on the table, I’m guessing since the start of service. When the breakfast came (a standard sausage, egg and beans, no other options) it was cold and inedible. The eggs had weird jelly blobs on top. Whilst we were there the chief told a costumer to go into the kitchen and heat their own hot drinks in the microwave. What worries me more is they are displaying a 5* food rating on their door but a quick google will tell you they have 1*.

Bon emplacement mais confort très limité! Pas de double vitrage donc température de la chambre et salle de bain très basse.
