サービス：フロントデスクスタッフは大変フレンドリーで話しやすい。が、目上に対し崩さない節度ある態度はイギリスの紳士らしさが保たれていて大変満足。狭い階段を上り下りする典型的なアパートの作りだがそれが古い世代にはまた良い。ラゲージ３つは荷物用リフトで上げた。もちろんスタッフに頼めば快く手伝ってくれる。 ロケーション：ロンドンでの滞在はサウスケンジントンと決めている。 10代の娘同伴の時は特に安心できるので。今回は駅近の常宿が満室だったためイギリス在住の友人に勧められ宿泊。期待を裏切らない静けさ、環境の良さだった。仕事にも集中でき、散歩に方々へ出かけられ、駅から徒歩10分程度でも不便はなかった。 施設の良い点：静かなツインルーム。隣の部屋も気にならない。 次回はテラスの部屋に泊まってみたい。 施設　改善してほしい点： タバコの残り香か？　バスルーム周辺で臭った最初の２日間が気になった。また、古い建物なのでロンドンではどこも似たり寄ったりだが、バスルームの洗面の排水口から匂いが上がってくる時間がある。おそらく使用しない時に排水溝を塞げるようなカバーがあれば気にならないと思う。 客室wifi完備　とあるがfree wifiのみの設定だった。５泊の滞在中、ほぼ毎日仕事を数時間する必要があったが、信頼性の低いfree wifiでは仕事ができない。もしfree wifiならそう記述すべき。仕事で宿泊する人は個人で用意していくことを勧める。ここが改善されたら常宿にしたいと思った。

初めて４泊しました。ゆか掃除していない日あり、前日シャワールームに置いておいたタオルがそのままタオル掛けにかけてあったりした日がありこれが５つ星ホテルかと思うほど不快極まりなかった。

サウスケンジントン駅から徒歩5分、落ち着いた住宅街にあるアットホームなホテルです。清潔感があり良いホテルですが、少し価格が高すぎると思います。

Great location walkable to south Kensington underground Daylesford around the block for wonderful organic local food

Conveniently located but tired rooms and en-suite. A little attention/spruce would make a big difference and give a more luxurious feel.

My best stay in London thus far! Slept really well!

We booked a twin room and, on arrival, this consisted of two single mattresses on a double bed frame. This was not mentioned in the room description and has been raised as a concern by previous guests, according to staff. There were areas of peeling plaster and artex on the wall. These areas were brown, as were around plugs for amenities, and also had mould. The mattress and bedding were comfortable. The location was very good.

Was a three star guest house. Would never go there again. Albeit a good location it is a down market stay!

A wonderful stay… friendly, helpful staff, excellent quiet location and the most comfortable mattress! Close to the tube, museums and wonderful restaurants.

room was really clean, staff were friendly and it was really convenient for Royal Brompton Hospital

Staff was great and really supportive and extremely helpful. The problem was the room which was extremely small and in desperate need of maintenance, the room was infested by flies probably due to humidity. Location was optimal within 5 min walk from South Kensington station and V&A and Natural History museums

Staff were very helpful and going out of their way to make sure our stay was as pleasant as possible. The hole hotel was very clean, our room had everything we need to enjoy our stay.
