サービス：フロントデスクスタッフは大変フレンドリーで話しやすい。が、目上に対し崩さない節度ある態度はイギリスの紳士らしさが保たれていて大変満足。狭い階段を上り下りする典型的なアパートの作りだがそれが古い世代にはまた良い。ラゲージ３つは荷物用リフトで上げた。もちろんスタッフに頼めば快く手伝ってくれる。 ロケーション：ロンドンでの滞在はサウスケンジントンと決めている。 10代の娘同伴の時は特に安心できるので。今回は駅近の常宿が満室だったためイギリス在住の友人に勧められ宿泊。期待を裏切らない静けさ、環境の良さだった。仕事にも集中でき、散歩に方々へ出かけられ、駅から徒歩10分程度でも不便はなかった。 施設の良い点：静かなツインルーム。隣の部屋も気にならない。 次回はテラスの部屋に泊まってみたい。 施設　改善してほしい点： タバコの残り香か？　バスルーム周辺で臭った最初の２日間が気になった。また、古い建物なのでロンドンではどこも似たり寄ったりだが、バスルームの洗面の排水口から匂いが上がってくる時間がある。おそらく使用しない時に排水溝を塞げるようなカバーがあれば気にならないと思う。 客室wifi完備　とあるがfree wifiのみの設定だった。５泊の滞在中、ほぼ毎日仕事を数時間する必要があったが、信頼性の低いfree wifiでは仕事ができない。もしfree wifiならそう記述すべき。仕事で宿泊する人は個人で用意していくことを勧める。ここが改善されたら常宿にしたいと思った。

初めて４泊しました。ゆか掃除していない日あり、前日シャワールームに置いておいたタオルがそのままタオル掛けにかけてあったりした日がありこれが５つ星ホテルかと思うほど不快極まりなかった。

サウスケンジントン駅から徒歩5分、落ち着いた住宅街にあるアットホームなホテルです。清潔感があり良いホテルですが、少し価格が高すぎると思います。

room was really clean, staff were friendly and it was really convenient for Royal Brompton Hospital

Staff was great and really supportive and extremely helpful. The problem was the room which was extremely small and in desperate need of maintenance, the room was infested by flies probably due to humidity. Location was optimal within 5 min walk from South Kensington station and V&A and Natural History museums

Staff were very helpful and going out of their way to make sure our stay was as pleasant as possible. The hole hotel was very clean, our room had everything we need to enjoy our stay.

The hotel is an elegant townhouse in a lovely part of town; there are no end of restaurants and eateries to choose from. The staff go over and above, very helpful and accommodating. The room was clean, cosy and comfortable. Other reviews have commented on the rooms being small which of course they are given the building but it has everything you need. The lighting (for putting on make up) wasn't great but a magnifying mirror (tucked away in the cupboard) is available and the shower wasn't powerful, however these were minor inconveniences. Room service is available around the clock -breakfast was lovely and generous. I will definitely stay again.

The room was clean as was the bathroom. The bed was comfortable. We were staying overnight to be on time the next day for a day of appointments at the Royal Brompton Hospital. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great.

We came back to our room during the afternoon. My husband was showering and I was getting dressed. There was a knock at our door and then that person proceeded to open our door. 2 electricians started walking in- I asked the to wait in the hallway. The staff at the hotel let them into our room without our knowledge or asking if it was ok. The electricians told us they were told the room was vacant- even though our belongings etc were every where. The hotel staff did nothing about this/to help us

The staff was great. Very friendly and helpful. Room service was incredible. The breakfast was delicious. We would love to stay there again.

We appreciated the staff who were always willing to make sure we had anything we needed. Haneen was especially kind and helpful throughout our stay.

Great if needing to be near The Royal Brompton Hospital. Not always easy to speak with reception when calling by phonea; had to leave a voicemail. But staff were very good and accommodating.

Excellent location . Comfortable room.Helpful staff. We would happily return to this small hotel.

Clean room, comfy bed. Receptionist was friendly and helpful. Coffee machine in room was a nice touch.
