全体的に良かったです。 改善して欲しい所は以下となります。 1.　エレベーターの中で行先階の[G]ベタンの接触が悪いのか、反応しない。ぐっと押してやっと反応するくらい。女性、子供、老人では無理。 2.　部屋のヘアードライヤーの先端を留めてるプラスチック部分が欠けており、外れてしまう。 3.　浴室に換気扇がないのか、壊れているのか、換気ができず、ずっと鏡が曇ったまま。またトイレ使用後の匂いが消えない。 4.　朝食メニューが毎日同じで飽きてしまう。少しは変えてもらいたい。 以上です。

部屋の高い所に光を入れるための窓はあったものの、他に窓がなく、快適さがなかった。 チョット(?)残念。

地下鉄の駅もバス停も近いのでどこへ行くにも大変便利。 周囲にレストランやスーパーマーケットもあり必要な物を簡単に買うことができました。 スタッフがとても親切で一人旅でしたが安心して滞在できました。

駅にもバス停にも近いのであらゆる場所に簡単に行ける。海外のホテルには珍しくシングルルームがあり、アメニティもリクエストベースなので無駄がなく環境にも配慮している。 ホテルスタッフも親切で、印刷物を頼んだら本来有料なのに無料で提供してくれた。 せっかく三菱のエアコンがあるのに、冷蔵庫がないので夏には来られないかな。

用務先への行きやすさから定宿としている。今回は初めて1階の部屋に宿泊した。印象は他の部屋と同じであり、居心地はよい。ターンハム・グリーン駅方面にパブやレストランが集中しており、食事には困らない。治安もよい。

空港からピカデリー線でアクトン駅まで乗って向かいのdistrict線に乗り換えターナムグリーン駅まで1時間弱。駅から徒歩で10分弱。ホテルそばにバス停がありいわゆるロンドン市内まで30分強と交通至便。また周辺には飲食店、マーケット、コンビニ多数で大変暮らしやすい。部屋は広くはないが清潔で、Wi-Fi環境も申し分なく、物価の高いロンドンを考えると、とてもCPが高い。冷蔵庫とバスタブがなかったのはいたしかたないか。

6月上旬の宿泊で、空調設備の性能（暖房）がうまく調整できず、寒かった。特にシャワールームが寒かった。

価格の割には快適。冷蔵庫がないのは困りものだが、近くに飲食店やスーパー等があり便利性良し。ロビーは狭い。朝食はリーゾナブル。最寄駅も比較的近い。

リニューアルされており、とても清潔でよかったです。

コストパフォーマンス良いです

お部屋が十分に広く、ベッドもバスルームもとても清潔でした。とても気持ちよく滞在できました。冷蔵庫があったら最高ですが、このお値段なので文句は言えません。ホテル周辺も安全で、センスが良いお店が並んでおり、Turnham Green駅から歩いてホテルにいく道中も楽しめました。

Clean and cozy

We had a fantastic stay here! Soren at the front desk was absolutely incredible - quick, attentive, kind, and helpful. Our room was also quite nice; it resembled more of a flat, as there was a kitchenette (including a stove and oven) and a couch in addition to the bed and desk area. The air conditioning worked very well and the property was located in a quiet but walkable/accessible area. We will definitely be back!

The rooms were newly renovated and were pristine

Fast check in. Very helpful and pleasant staff. Very nice rooms with good AC.

Our double room was very clean and recently renovated but it was the smallest hotel room we've ever stayed in, even smaller than those of Easy Hotel and Ibis Budget, with a double bed pushed up against the wall and the minimum space to walk around. That said, the hotel was clean throughout, despite undergoing renovation work, the staff were very helpful and there was a good choice of options at the very reasonably priced breakfast. It was not disclosed when we booked, that the hotel was undergoing major works and would be surrounded by scaffold with work starting quite early outside. Parking behind the hotel (chargeable) was useful although there was plenty of free parking in nearby streets on a Sunday.

My room 101 was recently renovated ,but it was small . They are doing renovations and the scaffolding is still on the outside of the building, but is now been taking down after 4 months . The breakfast was full English breakfast at a cost of £11.95. The staff was exceptional. Would stay there again.

Clean, tidy, new room, quiet and great aircon!

Lovely room, clean and super easy check in. Despite being in the middle of a heat wave, aircon not switched on in the room. Hot Breakfast was cold sadly, but okay selection on everything else. Will be back soon.
