日本の方が従業員でいて、対応が良かった

私はロンドン旅行で利用しましたが、パディントン駅からのアクセスも非常によく、スタッフの方々も英語のわからない私に簡潔にわかりやすく説明したくれて非常にいい旅行になりました。初海外でしたが忘れられない楽しい旅になりました。またロンドンを訪れる時にぜひ利用したいです！

駅からのアクセスは良く、朝食もおいしかったのですが、建物が古くエレベーターが無いため、荷物の運搬が大変だった。

狭い階段でスーツケースを四階まで運ぶのは一苦労でした。スーツケースを縦にしないと通れません。ロンドン市内で比較的に安いので部屋の古さと狭さを予想してました。エアコンもヘアードライヤーもないです。駅から徒歩5分は唯一のメリットだと思います。もう泊まることないと思います。

wifi service was unstable

隣の部屋の宿泊客が夜中や早朝に部屋に戻り、大きな声で話したり、物を動かすので、最初の3日間は全然眠れなかったです。

こちらのホテルの支払いで利用したクレジットカードが直後から不正利用の被害に遭いました。他では使用していないカードだったこと、確認の為と言って男性従業員に一度裏へ持って行かれたこと、不正利用が始まった時期から、こちらが原因でほぼ間違いないと思われます。店舗ぐるみではなさそうですがやはり安かろう悪かろうなんだなと感じました。

The location, staff and breakfast were great. The room, a quadruple family room, was good. The only problem was the smell in the toilet. The toilet and shower room were clean (having checked the obvious areas) however there was a smell of stale urine. It could do with refurbishment as it was quite dated.

Quarto bem limpo, os funcionarios sao gente boa, mas rigidos com horarios certo para tudo. A localizacao e de longe a melhor parte, a estacao de paddington ta bem facil pra ir de pé, e é muito bonitinho ao redor do hotel! Facil acesso ao centro de paddington, mas com o metrô você chega a qualquer lugar super rápido! Peguei pouco tempo em londres por que achei que nao ia ser tao bom, mas no final, descobri ser uma das melhores cidades que eu visitei! Tudo limpo, pessoas educadas, passado se mistura com o futuro, muito muito bom!

Muitas lojas perto, estação e centro pertinho também.

Room ok. But bedsheet has some stains on. Good location. Staff friendly

The booking was not organised well by Expedia for my little child, although I paid for it. I was very tired but I was waiting downstairs due that disaster. Finally, I signed many paper work due to breaching the safety regulation because the room was not prepared to accommodate a child. So I risked my child's life.

Nothing to special

Servicio muy bueno, en general el desayuno continental es una gran ayuda para iniciar el día con energía, tienen pan blanco e integral, yogurt, jugo de naranja, cereal, queso, jamón, máquina de café, duraznos en almíbar. Habitación algo pequeña al igual que el baño pero se agradece, por el precio no se puede exigir, es justo. La zona es muy buena y conecta fácilmente con la estación de Paddington para ir y regresar al aeropuerto Heathrow, si tú solo buscas algo breve para llegar a dormir, ducharte y salir a conocer Londres es una buena opción. Personal agradable y lo mejor te apoyan con el resguardo de tu equipaje por si llegas antes de tu Check Inn o si tú vuelo o tren sale después de tu Check Out

Lovely helpful staff. Always greeted with a smile.

The room is small and cramped but the breakfast is ok. The worst thing about this hotel is that for a four nights stay, they don't change towels and each person is only given one bathing towel to use for the entire four nights stay. One receptionist lady from Bulgaria was rude and very unfriendly.

O quarto foi pequeno porém agradável, o banheiro parece de avião, com box super pequeno com dificuldade para pessoas obesa.
