Never shipped bag over a week. Had to travel back to pick up. Collection impossible. Do not trust their yes. Royal Mail collection never happened and then SenMyBag never collected my bag from the reception for two days so I had to fly back to London to collect my bag at the hotel. At checkout he said they will hand over my bag to Royal Mail but said Royal Mail never came. Then he agreed to print the label for SendMyBag and ship it but it never happened. I had to buy travel tickets back to the hotel to collect my bag. They never answer emails. Phone calls are not answered often. Most of the time nobody at reception. Another lady said only two of them are taking turns.

掃除が行き届いているとは言い難い

1.施設は古く部屋は狭い。2.シャンプーはあったが石鹸がない。3.ヘヤードライヤーがない。4.ドアの鍵が旧式でスムーズに施錠解錠ができない。5.シャワー室な明かりが極端に暗い。6.チェックアウトの前日1日だけだが部屋の明かりが暗くなったりした。7.朝食が無しになったとの明確な文言がなく無いと言われ戸惑った。しかし食堂ではセルフサービスながらインスタントコーヒー、紅茶、オレンジジュース、林檎と自由に飲食できるサービスがあった。8.バスタオル、シーツ交換は2日に1回と言われたが交換無しの時があった•••と、色々あったがその都度受付のスタッフに言ったら改善してくれた。その改善対応は評価できるが不満は残る。宿泊料金が安いのでそんなものかと思っている。旅慣れていず英語が話せない人には不向きかもしれない。場所は非常に便利。

二泊しましたが、シャワールームが清掃されていませんでした。使用済のタオルをバスルームに置いて、交換するよう意思表示をしましたが、交換されていなかったと思われます。丁寧に折り目のついたタオルがベッドに置かれていましたが、バスルームから拾い上げて交換せずに置いたものだとすぐに分かりました。

Earls Court 駅まで徒歩１分の利便性、無料荷物預かりは有難いですが、部屋は狭くシャワーは固定式で水量も低かったです。綺麗に清掃はしてありましたが、古さは感じられました。 ロンドンの週末はどこも高額なので仕方ないですが、13,000円は高いと感じました。 ＬＨＲ利用の前泊には乗り換えなしで行けるのでお薦めです。

場所はとてもよいです。駅に近い。通りに面し、よくパトカーや救急車が通ります。朝食はかなりシンプルです。担当の方は親切でした。

旅慣れしてないと、ちょっときついホテルです。リクエストをして、静かなお部屋にしたので、外の騒音は気になりませんでした。

古いながらもそこそこ清潔ではありますがシャワーのお湯の温度が一定せず、水圧も極めて弱く(ロンドンのホテルは多いけれど)、シャワールームもとても狭いです。スタッフの方は親切でした。質素ながら朝ごはんもついてます

ヒースロー空港を利用する際は、アールズコート駅に近く便利です。

アールズコート駅から徒歩1分の距離で便利。ただ交差点の角にあるため夜中まで騒音が激しい。地下一階の部屋は特にうるさい。 掃除は毎日してもらえるがタオルやシャンプー、石けんなどは替えてもらえず、こちらが言わないと提供してもらえない。

Really close to the station, but not somewhere you want to stay for long!

Went to Earl’s Court hotel and told to go another hotel 10 mins away - tried ti check in then told to go to a hotel two doors down . Given a room up four flights of stairs ( not mentioned in the booking) . Had a room with a radiator on full blast and it was a warm evening, staff came up three times to fix it or turn it off , after 3 hours I was eventually offered an inferior room but at least it wasn’t a blistering hot room .

Quarto minúsculo, sem criado mudo, água do chuveiro sem esquentar, aquecedor sem aquecer e funcionário de recepção sem empatia. Ah, e cobram £10 para guardarem suas malas. Um absurdo. A única coisa boa é ser perto do metrô.

Tv was not working - second time I’ve stayed here both time no TV - so very bored The lady in reception was super helpful and polite though

The creepiest dump I’ve ever seen in London, you’re better off sleeping on a bench in Hyde park than get bitten alive by be bugs and cockroaches growling in filthy pipes and greasy walls

I guess you get what you pay for. The place is run down and the communial areas smell. There is a fridge and a microwave down stairs and right next to the fridge is a cats liiterbox that had cat poo in it every day. The mattress on the bed is stained and this was visible through the bed sheets. Granted the bedding was freshly washed as were the towls but I won't be returning. Frankly, I'm surprised that this property is listed on Expedia, I thought Expedias standards were higher than this. Oh and the Wi-Fi only worked the first evening I was there and after that I could not reconnent. I asked to get this sorted out at the front desk but it seems nothing was done.

Stay away... Disgusting place wouldn't class it as a hotel. Bed sheet dirty found a bug. Bathroom dirty and sour smell in the room. But worse than that unsafe. Loose electric sockets bare light fittings. Was only in the room 20 mins and checked out. Told the receptionist and was offered no refund or help
