部屋はおしゃれでとても綺麗です。 ホテルスタッフもとてもフレンドリーで気持ちの良い対応をして頂きました。 建物もとても可愛らしく、ホテル内の移動も楽しい気持ちになります。 朝食も、パン、ハム、フルーツが取り揃えられており、美味しい食事を食べながら、朝のゆっくりとした時間を楽しむことができます。 ホテル周辺も色々なショップやレストラン、観光名所が揃っています。

設備とスタッフは非常に良いが、コスパを考慮すると部屋が狭く、やや不満。

駅から徒歩で15分ほど、旧市街にも歩いて行けます。 静かで快適に過ごせました。

観光地の旧市街の入口にあり、観光に非常に便利。いいレストランが近くにあるのもよかった。館内も清潔で気持ちいい。朝食もとても美味しかった。今度コルマールに行くときもここに泊まりたい。

泊まった部屋がちょっと変わったつくりで、ドアを開けたら階段があり、その階段をあがったところに部屋がありました。荷物が重かったり大きい人は部屋まで運ぶのが大変そうだなと思いました。部屋の中に少し日本庭園風？に小石と緑があって珍しかったです。バスルームは清潔で広くて良かったです。

ロフトスイートに１泊しました。 部屋の扉を開けるといきなり階段で驚きました。 この部屋限定ですが、 狭くて急な階段なので、大きなスーツケースだと上げるのが大変だと思います。 （モンサンミッシェルの島内ホテルみたいな感じ？） しかし階段を上ると部屋は広くて開放感がありました。 部屋は清潔で家具も高級品を揃えています。 ただホテル全体がシステムエアコンを採用しているようで、部屋ごとの温度調整は出来ません。 暑がりの私は、３方向にある窓の開閉で温度調整していました。 ホテルの裏口からリトルベニスへ直結しており立地は最高です。 裏口はオートロック式の自動ドアで23時まで開いており、部屋のカードキーで開錠できます。 ちなみに正面入口は24時間開いています。

旧市街まですぐで、ホテルの前の道路に無料の駐車スペースもあり、ロケーションはとてもよかった。 フロントスタッフの対応も親切で感じがよかった。 お部屋はシンプル、清潔で快適だった。 お値段も安く非常に満足。

まず場所がとてもよい。部屋は清潔で、ネスプレッソマシーンがおいてある。同じグレードでも、部屋によって少々内装が違う。バスローブ、スリッパあり。バスルームも清潔で、存分にお湯の出るシャワーはとても気持ちがよい。部屋のアップグレードがうれしかった。残念ながら、バスルームにタオルが無かったが、すぐ届けてくれた。次回来ることがあれば、またこのホテルを利用したい。

A modern hotel with a very good location in town. Very good breakfast. Bad air in the room, much because of central heating. Square rules regarding postponing check-out because, according to the receptionist, the computer system only accepted 15 minutes - otherwise you had to pay for another day's stay

Really warmly welcomed and showed to a very small room - that's ok it's only an overnight stay. Returning later on it seems the heating in the bathroom cannot be turned down or indeed off! EXTREMELY uncomfortable nights sleep as only way to cool down room is to open the window to street in front of hotel. This causes restless night sleep due to road noises right through the night. Hotel unable to move to us to another room as they are full but completely unwilling to offer any help. Surely a hotels basic facility is to offer a comfortable night's sleep - great big FAIL here!!!? Shame as the town is lovely but our stay rather ruined by the obstructic nature of the hotel management.

Most of the staff was very friendly, it was very clean and interesting design. Perfect location. The room was a bit hot and stuffy. Overall a great choice.

Das Hotel liegt sehr günstig und Fußläufig zur Altstadt. Das Personal ist freundlich. Leider war es sehr Laut auch Nachts im Hotel. Ab Früh morgens lief Musik im Hotel, dass bis ins Zimmer zu hören war. Der Preis für den Hoteleigenen Parkplatz ist sehr hoch.
