町の中心部にあるホテルです。食事をするにも観光をするにも便利な場所です。駅からもスーツケースを引いて歩ける距離です。また、エレベーターがありますので、階段を重い荷物を持って上ることもありません。客室は清潔で、とても快適でした。宿泊したのは６月末で、少し暑い時期でしたが、クーラーもついていました。私の部屋にはバスタブもありました。アメニティは、そう豊富ではありませんが、シャンプー兼ボディソープと、洗顔がついていました。ベッドのスプリングも状態が良かったです。バスとトイレがセパレートでした。友人同士の宿泊などでは、意外に便利かもしれませんね。バスルームには、洗濯物乾燥用のヒーターが付いていました。また、チェックアウト時に、私はすでにホテルズドットコムで支払いを済ませていたのですが、客室料金を請求されました。何か、パソコン上の表示の問題だったようです。もちろん、私は支払いを拒否しましたが、この時も、フロントスタッフは、丁寧で感情的でなく、海外のサービススタッフに時々いる、感じの悪さがありませんでした。最終的には解決し、支払いをせずにチェックアウト出来ましたが、このホテルに関わらず、語学力に自信がない方は特に、支払い済みと分かるものをプリントアウトするなどしておけば、安心かもしれません。このホテルに何か問題があったというわけではないです。清潔で感じがよく立地もよく、文句の付けどころのないホテルでした。もちろん、この町に訪問するときは、また、このホテルに泊まるつもりです。

旧市街の中心にあるホテルで観光にはとても便利です。フロントが駐車場等、とても親切に案内してくれました。美味しいフレンチのレストランも近くにあります。

Cozy room in center of Obernai which is very convenient. Only recommendation to the lobby personnel is to have some information on possible parking space alternatives if their reserved parking is full and the nearest parking is full too.

Our stay at Hôtel Le Colombier felt like a true 5-star experience. The room was outstanding—spotless, beautifully maintained, and extremely comfortable. The staff were fantastic, with genuine attention to detail throughout the stay. Everything was smooth and welcoming from start to finish. Highly recommended.

Nicely located hotel in the center of Obernai. For parking, the best option is the Place des fines herbes, but it can be a challenge to find a free spot (we didn’t when we arrived on Sunday late afternoon). Obernai is also central to visit many other places in the area: Strasbourg, Colmar, route des vins d’Alsace etc. We booked a “chambre privilège” on the first floor (corner room n° 108), it was clean and well equipped with a spacious bathroom. The windows could be opened and we had a small balcony facing Rue Dietrich. Walls are rather thin and closet space is limited (no drawers). Breakfast was more than OK for the price. Staff was very friendly and welcoming, also very swift to reply to our questions beforehand (for example we preferred a bathroom with shower). Would definitely recommend for a nice stay in the Elzas region.

Everything was fabulous - from the room, to the service, to the breakfast in the morning. We had such a wonderful stay here - thank you for making our trip special.

La chambre etait bien équipée mais dommage de ne pas avoir préciser que les peignoirs et chaussons étaient disponibles à l’accueil sur demande. Le personnel est très agréable, chambres propres. Le séjour a été agréable alors merci et bonne continuation.

Chambre impeccable, personnel très professionnel, petit-déjeuner de grande qualité. Mon seul regret : être arrivée trop tard, je n'ai pas pu profiter des installations.
