駅、旧市街へ徒歩で15分弱。隣の部屋の声や廊下の足音が気になるが部屋は清潔で快適。オートロックではないので入室後に施錠を忘れずに。スタッフは皆さん親切。

とにかく、スタッフのホスピタリティが素晴らしい。 にこやかに、様々なオーダーをかなえてくれました。 街の主要な場所にはほとんど歩いて行ける距離。 直ぐ近くに充実したスーパーもあり便利。 こじんまりしたシンプルなホテルですが、 とてもいいと思いました。

ホテルはストラスブルグの街中にあります。 駐車場はホテルからやや離れており、最初はわかりづらかったです。 レセプションは親切で、チェックイン、チェックアウトはスムーズでした。 部屋は清潔で快適でした。広さも十分で、快適にすごすことができました。 冷蔵庫、ケトルが部屋になかったのが残念でしたが、ケトルはロビーのものを使うことができ、また隣にMonoprixがあったため冷蔵庫がなくても問題ありませんでした。 ストラスブルグに訪れた際にはまた利用したいと思います。

There was confusion about the included breakfast. I believed I had booked it with breakfast. The staff at reception initially said it wasn’t included so took an additional payment then apologised for taking the payment saying that she checked and that it was included. She also charged an excess and wrong city tax charge and then said that they could not refund any of it that day due to some payment card of theirs not being available. Eventually the excess city tax was refunded but the hotel decision was that breakfast wasn’t included. Not a pleasant experience so poor in my opinion. Nice room though but in need of maintenance. The toilet was had a leak so was not a please experience.

Das Zimmer war schön geräumig und auf den ersten Blick sauber. Ich persönlich finde Dekokissen unnötig, vor allem wenn Flecken darauf sind. Ansonsten kann ich nichts am Zimmer aussetzen. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und es gab von allem etwas. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit. Eine Verbesserung für die Hotels App wäre jedoch, dass die tatsächliche Parkplatzmenge genannt wird, da es nur knapp 10 Plätze gibt und diese bei später Anreise bereits vergeben sind.

Make sure if you are driving to this hotel you confirm your reserved parking. In addition, our shower flooded the bathroom and the carpet so we had to move to another room which was on the 5th floor with no elevator access. We had to carry our luggage up a curving staircase—very challenging and with my 80 year old mother in law, not that safe.

Our room needed repair. The bathtub was clogged so when you took a shower it filled up with water. This made it dangerous to enter & exit the tub. The towel warmer was broken. Tile was broken in the bathroom and the room could use some new paint.

We didn't have breakfast here however it smelt very good. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean

Served the purpose but the property is dated and there are no nice extras to speak of.

The staff here are really friendly and helpful, their English was much better than my French!
