駅、旧市街へ徒歩で15分弱。隣の部屋の声や廊下の足音が気になるが部屋は清潔で快適。オートロックではないので入室後に施錠を忘れずに。スタッフは皆さん親切。

とにかく、スタッフのホスピタリティが素晴らしい。 にこやかに、様々なオーダーをかなえてくれました。 街の主要な場所にはほとんど歩いて行ける距離。 直ぐ近くに充実したスーパーもあり便利。 こじんまりしたシンプルなホテルですが、 とてもいいと思いました。

ホテルはストラスブルグの街中にあります。 駐車場はホテルからやや離れており、最初はわかりづらかったです。 レセプションは親切で、チェックイン、チェックアウトはスムーズでした。 部屋は清潔で快適でした。広さも十分で、快適にすごすことができました。 冷蔵庫、ケトルが部屋になかったのが残念でしたが、ケトルはロビーのものを使うことができ、また隣にMonoprixがあったため冷蔵庫がなくても問題ありませんでした。 ストラスブルグに訪れた際にはまた利用したいと思います。

The staff graciously greeted me, helpful and sweet. Loved the air conditioning!! Breakfast Was wonderful - the hotel is in a great location. The size is cozy. My room was perfect

The AC in the room did not work properly. The bigger issue was the mold in the room, the unclean bathroom ( it smelled of urine ), multiple items found within the sheets including another guests hair and other items that suggested the room had not been properly cleaned. We got in late and had to deal with it but as circumstances resulted in staying in the city another night, we chose another hotel. Would not recommend these accommodations. Staff was made aware of all issues and was not remorseful

Breakfast was ok. Too many gnats and ants around it though as it is in the basement and not like it’s near an outside door or windows. But all in all, they are doing good and I would stay there again.

Staircase needs handrails

Ottima posizione a meno di 10 minuti dalla cattedrale. Personale sorridente, gentile e disponibile. Camera e bagno puliti. Assolutamente consigliato!!

The rooms were VERY small. It would certainly be uncomfortable for two larger people as it was very cramped for myself and my fiancé and we are not big people. -The bed took up so much of the room that you have to shuffle sideways to get around it. That being said, the stay felt safe, quiet and clean. The view was cute and the place was quite close to everything. The parking was nearly impossible to find as it was in the alley by the building so we parked down the street. Overall, I would recommend but be aware of those few caveats!

Me deram um upgrade de quarto, o que fiquei era imenso. Boa localização, quarto limpo e com tudo novo. Recomendo!

Genel olarak temizlik, odalar ve konum çok iyiydi sadece klima kapalıyken bile ses çıkarıyordu uykumuz biraz etkilendi. Çalışanlar çok güler yüzlü ve yardımcılar.
