駅から5分。部屋も広くトイレとシャワーが別になっているのがありがたい。 欲を言えば、浴槽があれば非常によいのだがそれは仕方ない事で。近くにはスーパーあります。

サービスも親切で、良いホテルでした。ただ、サウナが故障中だったのが残念でした。

トゥールーズマタビオ駅から5分ほど歩きますが、部屋は広く、バスタオルなどは新しく綺麗で、内装の雰囲気も良く、スタッフも非常に丁寧でした。 トゥールーズの中心街までは大通り沿いを歩いて10～15分ほどで、観光するのにも便利でした。 また機会があれば利用したいと思います。

ホテル名と同じ道があるので探しやすいです。部屋は広くはありませんが、可愛らしくベットも広かったです。冷蔵庫もあり湯沸かしポットもありました。Superior Roomにしましたが、バスタブがなかったのが残念でした。あと、刺されませんが黒い小さな虫がいました。

なんらかの手違いで予約が取れておらず、持っていたバウチャーを提示したところすぐに対処してくれました。スタッフも皆親切で気持ちが良かったです。 レストランなども少し歩けば沢山あったので便利でした！

これで3回目の宿泊だと思います。駅から10分弱歩きますが、値段も手頃でお勧めできます。ホテルからウイルソン広場やジャンジョレスの駅も10分弱なので立地もよいと思います。比較的安いホテルはエレベーターも荷物があると乗り難い所も結構ありますが、ここは大きな荷物があっても乗りやすかったです。

フロントのマダムにまず感激。私たちにゆっくり・丁寧にお部屋のことから周辺案内まで説明。部屋に入って感激。非常に清潔、ゆったりとした広さ、シャワールーム、洗面所、独立したトイレ、すべてにおいて感動しました。朝食も１３ユーロとありましたが、１０ユーロでフランスでは納得のいく内容でした。駅から５分かからなかったです。ぜひおススメのホテルです。メトロに乗らずに観光もできました。

C’est pourquoi J’ai decide de rester la bas. Le coin est truffe avec des marchés et restaurants inoubliable. Le gare est moins de cinq minutes a pied.

Séjour trés agréable, chambre d'apparence spartiate, juste une seule prise electrique ce qui est dommage, mais bon pour dormir pour pas trés cher et proche des transports en commun, c'est parfait !

Staff were very welcoming and attentive. Location was great for access to the city and the railway station. The room and decor was a little dated but quite quirky and there is still evidence of the switch from radiators to aircon. The bed was comfortable and pretty quiet with a view of the courtyard.

Accueil

Room very spacious and clean. Comfy bed. Corridors to rooms need updating: carpets marked and decor tired and dated which gives it somewhat of a hostel feel rather than a hotel.

Hotel needs renovation. Checked in at 4.00 pm no one was behind the desk had to wait about 15 mins till someone decided to show up. Otherwise it's ok.

Clean quite nice hotel close to city centre. Needs some refurbishment done ,but no big deal. Would stay again

J'avais séjourné dans cet hôtel il y a 5-6 ans et j'en gardais un souvenir correct. Malheureusement, il s'est beaucoup dégradé. Murs avec des traces de trous de décoration enlevée et non remplacée, quasi-absence de meubles, salle de bains mal entretenue...

It was a lovely short stay of 2 nights, and the staff were very accommodating and patient with me practicing my French with them haha. It's a great place to stay also if you will be travelling from the train station Toulouse Matabiau as it's only a maximum 5 minute walk away.

Quartier sympa, personnel vraiment sympa, hôtel vétuste mais le principal, propreté des lits et du linge de toilette.

Old and tired hotel. Staff friendly, but didn't help when I asked for something. Overall 5/10

No fridge, no change of towels for a week. Very run down, smelly and bad air. The only positive thing was the price. There was nothing «executive» about the room.

Pour un hotel 3 étoiles nous sommes déçus...tapisserie arrachée..de nombreux insectes sur la literie. Moquette tachée... sentiment d'odeur de renfermé. La TV pb de contraste....
