とても綺麗なお部屋でした。

街の中心に近く 観光、食事に最高の立地。部屋も清潔で スタッフも親切な大人の方が多く とても良かったです。

Du træder ind i receptionen, og til tonerne af meget diskret, klassisk musik modtages du med et håndtryk og et ægte smil. Du er velkommen. Lokalerne er rigt dekorerede, men alt synes nøje udvalgt, fra de gamle fotografier på væggene til skakbræt og kunstbøgerne der ligger tilgængelige. På vej til dit værelse går du gennem den lille, have, hvor roen kun brydes af den sagte rislen fra det lille springvand, mens de hvidmalede havemøbler indbyder til en pause i skyggen af det store træ. Personalet er alle exceptionelt venlige, men på intet tidspunkt anmassende. Her føler du dig ikke som en kunde, men som en velkommen gæst. Vi vender helt sikkert tilbage til dette fredfyldte, dejlige hotel.

Room did not have blackout blinds or curtains so you have to close shutters outside and it still is not dark.

Es un alojamiento con aparcamiento propio y desde el que te puedes mover andando a cualquier lugar, por su cercanía al centro y lugares de interés.

The property is centrally located,friendly stafff and air conditioned which during the heatwave was so appreciated. Downside is walls were thin enough you hear whatvwas happening next door. Other than that great stay

The rooms are large with high ceilings, bright with some lovely touches. The hotel is on a very quiet street that is within walking distance of the centre of the town. Perfect for a delightful break.

Hotel La Residence in Narbonne was a highlight of our 3 weeks in France. The room was very comfortable, and the breakfast better than 4 and 5* buffets. However, the best part was the staff, notably Claire. My daughter and I arrived a bit stressed after a long drive and without exaggeration, it was like we walked into the lobby for an angel to greet us. She went way above and beyond and even came outside to help with turning and parking. Couldn't have been a better stay. Best location too.

Un hotel muy lindo muy cerca del centro de Narbonne, nos recibieron con mucha amabilidad y cuenta con todos los servicios necesarios.

Passable …. Point positif Le personnel est accueillant en revanche Chambre extrêmement mal insonorisée, loin des avis que j’ai pu voir , pour une nuit ça passe mais globalement assez déçue .

Just one night stay in the Hotel La Residence brought us wonderful experiences. Here we found easy access to some tourist attractions . We even made friends in such short time. However what I want to thanks the most is staff at the reception lady P*. In departure she called a taxi for us that arrived in 5 minutes. When we are at the train station my wife found her phone missing and remembered it was on Bar’s table. I called the hotel and she immediately spotted the phone. The train will arrive in 18 minutes. We discussed options (even mail to New York!) She suggested call a taxi right away and send to the station. I agreed. After 3 minutes I called back and she told me a driver ceased about leaving with phone! I rushed to front of the station and in another Three minutes the taxi came. I got the phone and rich back to the platform where the train was there and my wife waited. Minutes after we boarded the train moved. We appreciated for her quick response and her ability to speak English so we can communicate well in a hurry. More thanks to her professionalism and kindly went extra mile help us resolve the issue! Much thanks to her so we don’t have further trouble in the rest of day’s travel in France, back to Barcelona flying to New York. It was a wonderful story I will eagerly tell everyone viewer that you will have a sense of home in the hotel that staff always there helping you. It feel so good when far away from home.

Stay here if you want an experience to remember. This hotel and the staff are charming. We loved everything about the decor and atmosphere. My husband sleeps well, whereas I am a light sleeper. I did not sleep well but I will always remember this little place. I prefer memories over sleep.
