１）冷蔵庫requestの電話を、Hotelにかけて下さったexpediaの若い男性Staffのお答えでは、”Hotelは準備する”との事でした。しかし事実は、Hotelには冷蔵庫は無イと言う事でした。部屋で冷たいmineral water を飲む事が出来ず、cheeseも腐るし、最悪でした。 ２）サイさんから教えられたhotelのmail adressが間違っていました。間違いのadressに、自分の三回の冷蔵庫requestのmailは、当然届いていなかったです。最悪でした！！！

ロケーションはまずまずなのですが スタッフの対応が今一

旧市街にあるホテルで、観光、ショッピング、食事にとても便利でした。王宮にも歩いていけます。 二つ星なので少し心配でしたが、フロントは親切で感じが良かったです。美味しいレストランの場所を教えてくれ、予約もしてくれました。 施設は昔の住宅を改装したような感じで、古いですが、趣のある感じでした。掃除も行き届いていて快適に過ごせました。 ペルピニャンに滞在するのならおすすめのホテルです。

Location was very nice but staffs were not so nice. There was no housekeeping during our stay. The doors of bathroom were very durty. No one stay at the reception after 22h.

The property was fine for the price. The location is excellent, but you cannot take Uber there given it’s more of an alley location. But that ended up not being a big problem. Be careful though on check yet. The written communication is a bit vague. If you get there from 3 PM to 8 PM there is a guard that lets you in with no problem. Outside of those hours make sure to contact them. Written instructions imply that you need to contact them no matter what. We found that that is not the case. And of course, we didn’t pay attention to the written instructions until we were almost there.

We stayed at room 211. Had nothing to do with the pictures. Extremely below expectations room. Ugliest bathroom and room I have ever seen. Radiators didn’t work. Water did only get warm and not hot. Terrible experience all around. Definitely would not recommend.

Nice hotel hidden away down a narrow alley in the centre of the old city, which is very handy when you are exploring on foot. Minimal staff.. you can't check in between 11am and 3pm because there's nobody there! When they are there, they are friendly and helpful and will suggest places to eat etc. There are plenty of places to eat within five minutes walk, including a very nice creperie Very comfy and clean room, but our first night was spoilt by noisy couple in room above.

La cama estaba mal hecha y presentada, para ser un hotel de 3* La mesa auxiliar era tan alta que, sentada, me llegaba entre el pecho y el cuello. Imposible utilizarla para leer o escribir.

Enjoyed our stay at the hotel,the room was spacious,comfortable and clean.The air conditioning was a bonus. The hotel is in the centre of Perpignan so handy for the shops,bars and eating places

I decided to book this hotel because I was going for a more 'local' (no big chains) hotel. The room was nice and very beautifully decorated, but the space in the bathroom was very limited. The shower space was extremely small, making it difficult to shower. The bathroom sink was also very small.

It was ok. The pictures on the website do not match reality. I think the rate is overpriced and not worth it. We couldn't connect to the wifi, wasn't given a password. When we reached out for the password, we were directed to a recording that was in French (I do not speak French).

Situé plein centre dans les rues étroites et piétonnes. Cadre magnifique, réception à horaires limitées accueil très professionnel. Communs sublimes, chambre premier prix assez petite mais bonne literie, chambre vue cour pas de bruit, celle sur l'extérieur c'est différent. Petit déjeuner bon mais pas très varié. bonne adresse

Hôtel idéalement placé pour découvrir Perpignan à pied. Chambre propre et literie confortable. Le ménage a été fait avec rigueur durant toute la durée de mon séjour (7j) On peut se garer facilement à maximum 10mn à pied de l'hôtel, le stationnement est payant jusqu'à 18h mais le parking souterrain Arago est également disponible. Je recommande chaudement.

Property is right at the heart of old town. However, the bathroom was a bit dirty and the wifi didn't work.

El joven que nos realizó el check in se portó muy amable. Las camas son muy cómodas y limpias. Restaurantes y tiendas al rededor a pie muy lindos.
