心暖まる笑顔と挨拶がとても印象に残っている、小さく静かで素敵なホテルです。 ヴェネツィア中心地は日中混雑しているので人混みを避けて早朝にサンマルコ広場へ行ったのですが、ホテルからそれほど遠くなく便利でした。 リアルト橋を眺めながら朝食を頂けて、卵料理は希望のものを出来たてで調理してくれました。 ヴェネツィアでの昔の日常を想像させるクラシックな建物とお部屋、そして ETROのアメニティが異国情緒ある香りで思い出深いです。 雰囲気の温かいホテルを探している方にはとてもオススメです。 ホテルには水路から船が停まれるようです。 私達は機会がありませんでしたが、 ゴンドラでホテルに到着するのも素敵だったろうなと思います。

ホテルのスタッフが皆親しみやすく、仕事が丁寧で快適なヴェネチア滞在でした。立地もリアルト橋のすぐそばで観光に出やすく便利です。

とにかくスタッフの方の対応が素晴らしいです！着くとすぐ名前を呼ばれ、観光からホテルに帰った時もおかえりなさいと名前を呼んでくれます！朝ごはんの卵料理も最高でした。もしまたベネチアに行くことがあればまた泊まりたいです。

The hotel is located on the Grand Canal and we can enjoy the Porte Rialto from the terrace of the hotel. And it is very clean and comfortable. The staff alwasys welcomed us when we returned to the hotel. We went to a restaurant that one of the staff recommended to us, and it was really good. I strongly recommend this hotel.

最初から最後まで大変宿泊者を大切にしてくれる事が分かる気持ちの良いホテルでした。 ホテルのスタッフの方の態度はこれはオーナーの方針だと思いますが、一人一人の宿泊者を大切にしてお勧めのレストランの場所からレストランの予約まで大変気持ち良くしてくれました。 小さなホテルですが、5つ星の一流の大きなホテル以上のサービスの受けられる世界でも有数のホテルだと思いました。また利用したいと思いました。最高のホテルです。 ついたときからホテルのスタッフが名前を呼んでくれました。滞在中すべてどのスタッフも大変感じが良く、フレンドリーで、いつも名前を覚えていてくれてこのような対応はタイのオリエンタルホテル以来でした。宿泊者を大切にするホテルです。

ホテルの方の対応が非常に良い。サービス◎ リアルト橋から近く、川に面しているのでロケーションも◎　ただ最初は非常に分かりにくい場所で迷うかも。 寒い季節でなければ、外での朝食も良いでしょう！ 朝食はイタリアのホテルでは珍しく、卵料理は希望のものを作ってくれます。オムレツなんかは中身も指定できます。（日本では珍しくないサービスですが…） 部屋からの景色は期待しないでください。壁です。

The location was incredible. The property was magical and the service was the best we’ve had in Italy. When we come back to Venice this is where we’ll stay.

The service in the hotel is secomd to none, staff always availbke and nothing is too much trouble even helped with a guide around the city with off the beaten track advice.

One of the most amazing stays I’ve ever had! The owner of the hotel was not only easy on the eyes but was a true gem of a host! 10’s across the board!

Es war ein super Aufenthalt. Mattheo mit Barbara und sein ganzes Team machen einen super Job! Hilfsbereit ohne Ende. Zentral. Super Blick vom Balkon aus. Frühstück genial! Alles selbst gebacken. Chef spricht auch perfekt Deutsch. Super Service im ganzen Hotel. Wenn wir wieder nach Venedig kommen, dann nur in das Hotel!. Danke dem ganzen Team!

Hotel Al Ponte Antico was outstanding. The service by all of the staff and owners was first rate. It was like staying with family friends. The hotel is perfectly located just 5 minutes walk from everything in Venice. We picked the hotel for the bar and breakfast room and we were so impressed. Our stay was like having a palace all to ourselves with assistance from the most passionate hosts you will ever meet in the hospitality industry. We highly recommend the hotel. The balcony over looking the Rialto Bridge and Grand Canal was truly fabulous.
