受付時の対応が良い

雰囲気のある素敵なフロントは24時間対応で、とても親切にいろいろなことを教えてくれました。 場所もとても便利でした。 朝は、7時、7時30分、8時と鐘の音が鳴りますが、それもまたナポリに来たー！という感じで私たちは楽しめました。 ナポリに来た際は、また泊まってもいいなぁと思えるような、綺麗なホテルでした。

メインストリートからホテル迄の2ブロックの道は決して綺麗ではありませんが、ホテルに入れば別世界のように、清潔で小洒落ています。部屋も広く清潔で快適でした。

コストパフォーマンスが良い

部屋が広々としていて、リラックスできる。朝食が素敵。

宿泊初日が世界女性デーだったため、黄色いミモザが部屋に置いてあり、嬉しかったです。部屋もとても広く、ポットがありコーヒーやカモミールティーを楽しめたので、母がとても喜んでいました。フロントの方も分かりやすい英語で説明してくださり、過ごしやすかったです。ナポリの夜はうるさそうなイメージでしたが(実際夜遅くにバイク等がたくさん走っていました)、窓を閉めるとほとんど聞こえず、音という面でも良いホテルだなと感じました。 朝食はモツァレラトマトやクロワッサン、スクランブルエッグ等種類も多く、おいしくいただきました。 「青の洞窟」があるカプリ島行きの船が出る港に近いため、朝の移動にも便利でした。

ロケーション、ホテル従業員のサービス共に良いが周りの騒音のみがマイナス要素 行き交うスクータのクラクションの音と毎朝7時に鳴り響く向かいの教会の鐘の音で目が醒める (部屋に耳栓設置されている)のが唯一の欠点

ショッピングの中心トレド通りから2本裏道に入ったところにあります。下町そのものの場所にホテルは在るのでこの環境を良しとするか最悪と感じるかは分かれるところでしょう。海岸通りまで歩いていける距離なのでそこまでいけば、高級なリゾートという感じです。私達は、イタリア人でもびっくりするというこの場所が興味深く楽しかったです。ホテルの内部は、かわいらしく飾られて中世のヨーロッパの雰囲気でした。朝食は、ほぼ一緒ですが、充実していました。雨が降ったら、玄関で傘を貸してくれましたした。

Every staff member was fantastic, helpful and friendly! The hotel is in a perfect location in the Spanish Quarters, close to everything downtown and the water. Breakfast was delicious every day. Leftover snacks and a coffee machine were available at any time. They give useful, thoughtful items in the room: toothbrush, comb, razor, slippers...I highly recommend this hotel!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Umberto was especially helpful in giving us information. While not a 4 or 5 star hotel, the location is excellent if you want to be in the Spanish Quarter and close to the Historic Center. The bed was very comfortable and the attached patio was a pleasant surprise.

Hotel Il Convento is the sort of well run three star hotel that one looks for in a new city. The location is excellent with access to the entire city and beyond. The small side street feel is comforting an buts you in the middle of a real neighborhood. It provides very hight quality for a very reasonable price.

I enjoyed my solo stay Room was well located Very close to Toledo station which I used a lot Room was tiny, but very clean and well equipped and they cleaned and restocked daily. It was very quiet at night I had an extremely warm welcome Sunday morning from lady on duty. She was a gem

Great location and breakfast. Close to metro. Some noise from the street. Not an old convent. A bit overpriced.

Exceeded my expectations. Right in the heart of old Naples. Lots of food and a small grocery store nearby. Our room had a terrace and it was absolutely lovely. I would definitely stay there again.
